We were here for the ironman 70.3, the situation of the condo was perfect for us, it s a nice condo wiht everything you need to stay a week and more, very bright with a nice deco. Other thing…it s a quiet place and you never see you neighbors like if you were alone.I really recommend this place.

The unit itself was clean, spacious, and as shown in the pictures. The covered parking was a big plus during the summer. We enjoyed using the pool, fitness center, and billiards table. Having a hiking trail across the street was a bonus as well. All questions/concerns were immediately addressed by the owner/manager. We enjoyed it so much, we have already booked another stay this coming fall.

We really don't have any complaints, everything was pretty solid! The only thing I'm frustrated with is that WE HAVE NOT BEEN CREDITED BACK OUT SECURITY DEPOSIT YET! It's been 2 weeks...a little ridiculous. If that's the way VRBO runs their show, this is the last time I go through you.

Spacious and convenient first floor location in a well maintained complex. Close to hiking and other popular spots in Phoenix. The manager was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Enjoyed our stay!

This unit was not what it appeared to be from the VRBO photos. We were disappointed and could not recommend this unit. It is not maintained, needs updates, a deep thorough cleaning and painting. The living room has only one of the blue chairs shown in the VRBO photos. A second chair, owned by the manager, was furnished upon our request and may or may not still be there. The fabric on the existing blue chair is soiled and barstool fabric is cracking and wearing off. The TV/cable does not work properly and wifi is spotty. We were told to contact the cable provider who said the system is outdated. The mattresses are broken down, lumpy and have a large hump down the middle. According to my dog's nose it became obvious the bedspreads in both bedrooms had not washed. There is a bright light directly outside the master bedroom window. Although there are blinds, the room is bright at night and blackout curtains are needed. The bedroom ceiling fan does not work. The bathroom glass shower door shown in the online images is gone and replaced with a shower curtain. The shower has not been properly cleaned. Bathroom throw rugs are with stains and rubber backing is broken down. One of the sinks in the bathroom does not have a drain cover. We were told it would be fixed but was not repaired in our two month stay. The frames of the bathroom artwork are broken and the fan has a loud rattling sound. During our stay we had issues with the digital front door lock failing to engage, which was discussed with the manager. By our last days the lock would not function at all. The manager told us the bypass key was not returned by another renter who lives in the Phoenix area and owner of this unit was aware.of the outstanding key. We were shocked the lock was not changed putting us and our belongs at risk. Many walls throughout the unit have been patched and color matched painted, but the workmanship is shoddy and raw wood and paint spatter remain. Repair spots in the bathroom are unpainted. All screens, windows and blinds are dusty/dirty. When we first arrived there was hair, dust and broken glass under the couch and the patio was caked with dirt. The manager did return to clean this up. The fountain, clubhouse, pool and hot-tub are well maintained and very nice.

The condo was perfect for a weekend trip to Phoenix. Central location to everything we want to do and the apartment itself was clean and cozy. If you’re looking for walkability this may not be the place for you but it’s quick drive to everything! Host was great and communicative.

I’m sure that the condo was nice at one point but it definitely needs a refresh and deep clean. The floors needed to be mopped, our socks were black after a few minutes. Thankfully there was a mop that we could use. The master bed had a high spot on the middle which made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The worse part was that it smelled like stale smoke.

Our family stay included prepping to take our daughter to ASU which was close by. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive. The pool and facilities offered the perfect way to relax while being a short drive to Papago Park, shopping and entertainment. We would stay here again!

We came for my daughter's World Championship competition in Phoenix at the convention center. The condo was within 15 minutes due east of downtown Phoenix, in a quiet gated community. And 10 minutes the other way to Tempe.. Perfect location for us. Condo was beautiful. Had a beachy vibe. Clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet, we hardly saw anyone even at the pool. We definitely recommend staying here!
