You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the single level, the mountain views from the private outdoor patio with gas grill. In coveted San Roque/Mission Creek area. This condo is perfect for couples and solo visitors. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable extended stay in this fully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the other room is furnished with a full-size modern pull-down couch. Condo sleeps three, but one couple or a single person is best for this space. The open floor plan living room is furnished with a large sofa in front of a gas fire place and flat screen television. The open counter kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining as it is equipped with large and small appliances and many cooking tools/accessories. Dining table seats four to six. In-condo laundry room. Beautiful condo association swimming pool and lounge deck area. A quiet area near parks and trails, and also easy walk to retail stores and restaurants. Santa Barbara Botanical Gardens just up the hill. Rocky Nook park within walking distance. An easy walk to quaint restaurants, coffee spots and brew pubs. Short walk to bus stop for quick trip to downtown or the beach. Truly an ideal setting. You won't believe the quiet and the starry nights.

We loved our time in Santa Barbara, and the condo was terrific. We were greeted everyday with a breathtaking mountain view. The condo had a fully equipped kitchen, so it was easy to prepare meals. The condo was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Sheri was very attentive to any concern or question. The decor was lovely. We could not have been happier with our time in Santa Barbara.

One of the very best vrbo's we have ever stayed in! Very clean and stylishly decorated, with a fantastic kitchen - everything you need and more. Outdoor space was great for late breakfast and lunch (a bit dark for dinner in November) - and we enjoyed picking some lemons and oranges off the trees. Neighborhood is great with walking to Trader Joes, Validation Ale Annex, Handlebar Coffee, Yellow Belly, etc. A really great place to stay in SB!
