About this house rental
Nestled in Mammoth Lakes, this lovely house for $499 per night is a great option for your next break. This beautiful remodeled town home has approximately 2,379 s.f., 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Sleeps a total of 12 people so it is idea for multi-family stays. This is the largest unit in Snowcreek 4. We have a beautiful creek in the backyard and ponds on the property. The Snowcreek athletic center is within walking distance (extra charge). Snowcreek Golf Course is also within walking distance (extra charge). Master bedroom has one king size bed and full bath (sleeps 2). Bedroom two (Second Master)also has a King size bed and full bath (sleeps 2). Bedroom three has a queen size bed and a loft bed (sleeps 3). Bedroom four has two bunk beds (sleeps 4). All bedrooms are upstairs. Double sleeper sofa downstairs in room next to kitchen (sleeps 1 adult of two kids). Sleeps a total of 12 people. Only 4 vehicles permitted. Park 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. No parking in other units driveways or in front of other units or on the grass. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances including dishwasher. Total of six new flat screen T.V.'s (two downstairs and one in every bedroom). BBQ with propane on the outside deck. Washer and Dryer. There is a hot tub in a separate building for use by all Snowcreek 4 visitors. No motor homes, RV parking, trailer parking per HOA policy. We have extra fast internet/WIFI (400 mbps). We offer a 5% percent discount for longer stays (7 days and longer). The free trolley/bus stop is a 6 minute walk from our property. Very quiet area with lots of manicured open space (not like the new developments in Mammoth with the units on top of each other). We have another place in Snowcreek 4. It sleeps 8 and is a beautiful space. If this place is too big for you or just need more space check it out. It is unit 1989548 on vrbo (sleeps 8). Type in this vbo # in the destination bar on vrbo to view the space.

Our group of 10 really enjoyed our second stay at the property. Check-in and check-out was easy. The property is in great condition and everything worked as expected. We love being able to cook our own breakfast and we love having a grill available for dinner. We look forward to staying here again.

We brought 9 people up to Mammoth to celebrate 5 of our students hard work in Sunday School. It was the perfect set up where the guys and girls got separate rooms. Spacious family room. Very good accommodations.

All the standard great things apply to this place: Great location, spacious rooms, full amenities, overflowing (cookware, condiments, dinner ware, utensils, NOT garbage!) kitchen.
But what truly sets this house apart is the love and care that the owners put into it. Immaculately maintained, and with beautiful and thoughtful décor that showcases the owners' love of the outdoors, fishing, and each other, you will fall in love with this house faster than you do for Mammoth mountain and town (which you definitely will as well).

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean, roomy and the beds are very comfortable. We cooked every meal and the kitchen is well stocked. There are parkings right in front of the units which is a huge plus. We had a couple of minor issues but Steve responded right the away and got them fixed. We definitely will be back. Thank you for having us.

We traveled with three families, with children ranging from 8-11. Each set of parents were able to have a bedroom and the children shared the bunk bed room and loved it. Even when choosing rooms, the adults were happy with all of them because they had plenty of space for organizing clothes, a dedicated bathroom, and comfortable beds.
The location was perfect, the kids didn't need to leave to play in the snow. There are multiple bus stops nearby, a large athletic center, and plenty of room for 4 cars. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was very clean. The addition of a washer and dryer was very convenient as well. There is a grocery store just down the street.
The owner was very easy to reach and responded quickly. We really appreciated their flexibility and cannot wait to stay here again next year!

It's a great floor plan and a nice property at a wonderful and central location. We come to Mammoth frequently in both Winter and Summer, and have stayed at many places. This house rivals Mammoth Westin Hotel. Thank you Steve for your hospitality.

The house is spacious, clean and generously stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies. We had enough space for the small kids to run around and the backyard was a hidden gem for fishing. It's conveniently located by the grocery stores and lakes for day time adventures. We are glad we found a place we hope to return to for our annual family trip.

was shower floors very slippery. Owner should install hand
