It is located off a paved street and has a large driveway with easy access year round and a very quiet location. Four Bedrooms Total - 2 upstairs…one bedroom with 2 queen beds and one with 1 queen bed. 2 bedrooms downstairs…one with 1 queen bed and one with 1 queen and 1 twin. There's plenty of room to accommodate your whole family as there is a total of 11 bed spaces. Due to the Town of Estes Park/Larimer County, Colorado vacation home regulations and occupancy permit, this property is registered to legally operate as a short-term rental with the Town of Estes Park and limited to a maximum of 10 occupants. Enjoy a year round Estes Park vacation. Sited on the property have been coyotes, bobcats, fox, marmots, ground squirrels, black bears, lots of birds and humming birds. We also see lots of mule deer and herds of elk. We typically book months or weeks at a time. During the months of March through the end of October and some holidays, we rent our home on a 7-night minimum checking in on a Saturday and checking out the following Saturday.
