Nestled in Saint George Island, this lovely house for $388 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Twin Peaks is the traditional beach house, perfect for your family and even your dog! (No pets other than dogs are permitted with 2 dog Maximum.) Let the dolphins be your entertainment while you rock your worries away on the covered deck overlooking the Gulf. Take a dip in the surf and sun just steps away down the boardwalk. There are two Master Suites. The King Suite features a large bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity. The Queen also features a walk in shower. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The large open living and kitchen area complete with breakfast bar and formal dining area, create the atmosphere for a great family getaway! DISCLOSURE: This home is and has been located next to th 6th street west public beach walkover. We have had several complaints in reviews concerning this but the access has been there since before the house was built . The review make the house seem like the party shack BUT SGI is not hidden anymore and our area is fast becoming a RESORT type area so if you want great view and fabulous old florida style home -- Twin Peaks is it -- if you want to be away from all of it, then... Twin Peaks also features a screened in porch off the Master which faces the Gulf. WE HAVE HAD TO REPLACE THE GAS LOG FIREPLACE AND DUE TO SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES IT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL DECEMBER, 2022. Linens and basic amenities provided (soap, dish washing supplies, paper towels, toilet paper and laundry soap are included.) BEDS: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 singles. AMENITIES: Linens, 4 TVs all with Directv, and DVD/VCR players, 2 stereo/CD players, book/video library, free wi-fi for streaming devices, dishwasher, washer, dryer, gas log fireplace (currently not available), ceramic tile, covered deck with rocking chairs, screened in porch, enclosed outdoor shower, boardwalk, fish cleaning sink, charcoal grill. PET FRIENDLY (Dogs Only, No other type of pet). 2 Dog Maximum Keywords: Beachfront House

We have been coming to St George for 24 years. All but two of those years we have stayed at Twin Peaks! We've already signed up for next year! We are in our eighties now and an elevator would sure be nice!😊

This was the perfect place to just chill and relax. The fireplace was an added benefit for the chilly days. We loved the porch which was great for happy hour. The location makes it easy to walk to the store and restaurants. Twin Peaks has the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen for a rental property. They even had iron skillets - made cornbread to go with vegetable soup. Thanks for a great place for birthday celebrations and Valentine’s Day.

We love St. George Island! It is not as crowded or commercialized as a lot of beach locations. Twin Peaks is on the beach, clean and has plenty of room! We will be back!

Way too close to public access. They all came in front of the house. Exhibitionist on beach. Pretty much nude all the time and hit on my girlfriend. Almost called police. Terrible location.

We have come to St. George for 5 years now and love this location on W. Gorrie. Close, but not too close to the town center. The only issue location wise for this property is that it borders a public access, so the beach is more crowded than other spots. However, this just means that there are people 20 yards away instead of 40. Still plenty of beach space for everyone. The property itself was as advertised. It needs to be renovated, and I believe there is a plan to do that soon. Even so, it has a terrific deck (partially screened), nice sitting area and everything you need in a beach house to have a really nice stay.

This house was perfect for our family getaway for 6 adults. Relaxing on the porch in the rocking chairs just a few steps from the beach was our favorite part! The house is spacious with ample seating. The AC and all appliances worked well and the kitchen is well stocked. The only somewhat negative part of this house was that it is located right next to a public beach access. It never really got too crowded, but we love quiet beaches so this was an unexpected surprise. Overall, this was a wonderful house and we would rent it again!

My husband and I, my parents, and two dogs stayed at Twin Peaks in late October and loved the casual, quiet vibe of the island and the big beachfront porch at Twin Peaks. Although there was red tide the first several days, making going down to the water a little less desirable, we were able to sit and enjoy the view and the sounds of the surf from the porch. We had an issue with one of the toilets, but George got someone right over, and they came and fixed the problem without fuss in about half an hour. My mom was impressed by the amount and variety of kitchen utensils and equipment. Really comfortable home, with eating space inside and on the porch, and a nice living room where we could enjoy movie nights. Look forward to coming again!

Arrived little early Sunday to find the house not cleaned. So, we cleaned the house sanitizing what we could with what we had. We were reimbursed cleaning fee but…well I’ll leave it at that. Great location on the island with spectacular views of the gulf. There is a block of wood on the screened in porch that needs to be removed. My wife tripped over it blacking her eye really bad. The dryer timer didn’t work on any of the cycles we used but it did dry clothes. Our kids did complain about the beds in other rooms but we slept fine on master. Hard to find 3 bed 3 bath on the gulf which this place is. We will consider this place again mostly due to the location! Can’t beat the gulf and laid back area.

Great location, comfortable house! The problem was the house had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. I called and texted property manager. He eventually texted back, and said a cleaner would come the next day( we had already cleaned, and washed all sheets and towels) The cleaner never came! There was an issue with the refrigerator door. A Kevin Brown was supposed to come and fix that, he never came. I am now waiting for a refund of the cleaning fee!!! Other than those issues and the difficulty communicating with the property manager we had a great week!

We enjoyed our stay at Twin Peaks. We love SGI and all that it offers. We love biking around the island and brought our dog & he loved his first trip. The view of the beach and convenience of the home was a plus. Plenty of room for our family. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
