Location was EXCELLENT

The apartment was on a Main Street with lots of noisy truck traffic mostly during the day but intermittently at night. Mattress was hard and would benefit from a 3 inch memory foam topper. Pillows on main bed need to be replaced. Maybe I missed it on information provided prior to booking, but the pool is on Tybee Island and not attached to building.

We loved the location on Liberty - equidistant from the hubbub of the riverfront area and the elegant Forsyth Park, with the gorgeous basilica right around the corner, and plenty of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops in the neighborhood. This location is on a charming street surrounded by beautiful homes. Having a balcony overlooking the lovely courtyard was the icing on the cake!

The entry door of the building was dirty and rundown looking, and the corridor was gloomy, but once you get in the apartment all is bright and clean! Also note there's no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor, which may be an issue for some, but we appreciated the extra steps! :)

The apartment was perfect for what we needed. The location was great. It was very quiet and it had everything that we needed.

The apartment was very clean. It did have some paint peeling on the ceiling. There was all kinds of paint peeling on the way up to the unit. The stairs to the unit were very narrow. The description when I booked it didn't mention that the unit was on the third floor. Had I known I would not have booked it. The staff was great when we called but it would have been nice if a little more knowledgeable about the parking.
