About this house rental
Located in Georgetown, this lovely house for $260 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Comfortable lake house with hot tub features a full kitchen, dining area, wi-fi and cable TV, gas fireplace, laundry, loft bedroom with queen bed, main floor bedroom with queen bed, second floor bedroom with bunk beds and a comfortable sofa in the living room area. Skylight windows with spectacular nighttime views of the mountain stars. Two bathrooms, one with a full tub and one with shower. Occasional views of the Georgetown Rocky Mountain Big Horn Sheep herd. Easy access to multiple ski areas. Great outdoor activities year-round include trout fishing summer and winter, hiking on miles of mountain trails, mine tours, riding the historic Georgetown Loop railroad, summer white water rafting, winter ice races, ATV tours and touring the 22-mile Guanella Pass Scenic Byway. Walk or ride to Georgetown's restaurants, galleries, museums and gift shops. Please note that check-in is generally 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Alternate times are available on a case-by-case basis. 10 days is the maximum rental period. Garage Access not included.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Georgetown. This house by the lake was perfect for the four of us. The view off the deck was priceless. Combination of mountains and lake. The house was well equipped and very clean. We will return.

The views are amazing! The house is spacious and has everything you could possibly need and more! Our family of 5 (kids ages range from 15-5) absolutely enjoyed our stay! The lake is beautiful, the fishing was great, hot tub was huge, and the location is perfect! The kids enjoyed the trails near the house, and the trails near Guanella Pass. Loveland Pass is nearby and worth the trip. The house is nearby anything you could possibly need. Nearby restaurants were so delicious! The home owners are quick to respond and extremely helpful! I honestly couldn't say enough good things about them! LOVED our stay and appreciate the opportunity to bring our family here to make memories!

The home is right on the lake and walking distance to everything. We loved drinking coffe on the porch and fishing from the back years. Place was clean and great for our family. We would go back. The owners and property manager are very accommodating.

House was very well-stocked, full kitchen with all the things we needed to cook every night, and the views from the hot tub are hard to beat! Honestly cannot think of anything that was missing from our stay; end-to-end the entire experience was seamless.

This was a wonderful place to stay! I agree that it is even nicer than the photos with high ceiling rooms. Tucked in the mountains next to a lake in a quaint little town. The hot tub is a nice size that fit our family well. There's a bedroom, adjoining bathroom, kitchen, family room, & large laundry room on the main floor. The second floor has a bedroom, hall bathroom, and loft bedroom. We skied at Loveland Ski Area about 15 minutes away. We had incredible pizza at the Alpine Restaurant and Bar right there in Georgetown not far from the house. Great communication with the friendly, available property manager. We would definitely stay here again!

I really felt like the online photos of the house and location didn’t properly show what a great place this is! The house is kept really well, and was perfect for our family. Communication was quick and easy and kind. The lake and town were also amazing. We are already thinking about when we can come back!

If your looking for a romantic getaway, this property will not disappoint! Complete with all the amenities and little extra gestures…. I had a blast. The scenery was beautiful, fishing was fun and we caught quite a few fish. Would definately book again!
