About this condo rental
Situated in Breckenridge, this lovely condo for $163 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The unique combination of top-quality materials, workmanship and location for this condo cannot be beat! This unit has been 100% renovated and sleeps 5 - 7. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit contains over 1100 square feet has true ski-in/ski-out access. The large back deck borders the 4 O'Clock ski run. Ski the morning, come home for lunch and go back out for the afternoon. 1st level location means no lugging equipment up and down stairs each day. During the summer the ski trail becomes a hiking trail with easy access to town and the mountain activities. A Private Grill awaits on the back patio. We do not advertise on Craigslist. Please beware of scams. Large open living area with a stunning natural stone fireplace, natural slate stone, hand scraped hardwood floors and large flat screen TV and DVD collection… relax in comfort. Enjoy the full kitchen with wonderful granite countertops, high quality cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Solid alder doors and recessed lighting make this a place to truly relax after a day of skiing, snowboarding, hiking or biking. The bathrooms have both been fully updated with the primary ensuite bath having a luxury custom tiled walk-in shower. Complex boasts an indoor pool, indoor hot tub and outdoor hot tub, overlooking the Four O'Clock ski run. Pool and hot tubs are located just down from the unit. In the summer, the ski run turns into an alpine hiking trail. Quiet nature setting, backing to the wetlands of Four O'Clock Run, with a deck area for enjoying nature and wildlife on the deck. This condo sleeps 5 - 7 people comfortably. King Suite: King Bed with private bath Second Bedroom: Queen with Twin in Bunk Bed configuration Living Area: Queen Sofa Sleeper Breckenridge Main Street with all its shops and restaurants is just a short three and one-half blocks away. The free shuttle drives by as well where you can take in the variety of great restaurants, superb shopping, and some of the best night life of any ski town in North America. Other Extras: Access to our clubhouse with an indoor pool and two hot tubs. Wireless access provided. Washer and dryer conveniently located in the Condo. Covered parking is also included which is so important in the winter! This is a non-smoking and pet free property. Pack and Play in closet. This was the best ski-in/ski-out location we’ve stayed in Breckenridge! My husband, 17-year old daughter, and I had a great stay for the first full week of the new year.
As the description says, you walk out the back door onto the deck, take 5 steps down, and are able to clip in and ski down to the Snowflake lift. Take the Four O’Clock run home and ski right back to the deck.
The condo was the most well-appointed place we’ve ever rented. The kitchen is fully stocked: pots, pans, various countertop appliances, nicely sharpened knives, and spices (knives and spices are things we bring with us from home but we were pleasantly surprised when we didn’t need to use our own!). The bathrooms contained full-size toiletries and great linens. The living and dining areas were very spacious. We had more than enough room for the 3 of us!
Lastly, I can’t rave enough about the communication with Lisa, the property manager. The night before we arrived in Breckenridge, we stayed in Dillon and our daughter got sick. We reached out to Lisa the next morning about the off-chance possibility of an early check-in. She called as soon as the condo was ready (2 hours earlier than standard check-in) to tell us she scheduled the cleaners for our unit first so she could get us in early. I’ve never been more pleasantly surprised! Lisa’s communication throughout the booking process and during our stay was the best we’ve ever experienced! We will most certainly be back to stay again!

We rented the condo for our annual family ski trip. The condo was perfect with easy access to the green trail right off of the deck - a quick ski down to the lift to start our day. The condo was in great shape and stocked with everything we needed - the kitchen was very well stocked. The owner checked in with us before and after the stay and provided many good tips as we have not been skiing in Breckenridge before. The property manager checked in with us numerous times during our stay. Will stay here again. Very personal service.

Four O'Clock condo was very well stocked, well furnished, and in a great location. Lisa, the property manager was nice and efficient and the booking and check in information was easy. Ski in/out was delightful but there is a short walk across the road from the 4 O'Clock trail to the Snowflake lift.
One of the best stays that we have had at a ski resort, and we will return if we can.

The property is just as it is pictured. With it being on the bottom floor, it literally steps out onto the 4 o’clock trail. We loved our week here! It’s well stocked with toiletries, kitchen appliances and spices. We will definitely stay here again! It is everything we wanted and more!

We loved staying here over Xmas with our family. The rental had everything we could ask for. It is absolutely perfect for a family of 4. Jump off the balcony and onto the 4’oclock run to snowflake. Don’t recommend small children/beginners on snowflake as the lift is steeper and icy with not much room at the base of the lift. We dropped our kids off on Peak 8 snowschool and then drove back and got on the lift ourselves. Also easy to get dropped at Peak 9. We rented a truck with snow tires and glad we did! We will be a repeat rd yet for sure.

Spring Break Breck Ski Trip
The Four O’Clock property was perfect for our trip to Breck for Spring Break. It was just my teenage son and I and we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Greg was a great communicator leading up to the trip as well as during the trip as needed. Instructions for gaining entry were easy to follow as well as where to park. The building is right off the Four O’Clock ski run which easily took us to the Snowflake lift to start each day. Based on the detailed information Greg provided we ended up taking advantage of a delivery service for our groceries on the day of our arrival saving a trip to the store. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have humidifiers which aids in adjusting to the drier air. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in a ski in/ski out property at Breck. We would absolutely stay here again

Great location (ski in - out close to snowflake lift and ski rental, easy to drive into town, etc.) and excellent / updated amenities. Used the hot tub in the adjacent building a couple times at the end of the ski day. Highly recommend! Would rent here again in a heartbeat. Property manager very helpful answering our questions (although we had zero problems for them to address).
