Located in Breckenridge, this attractive condo for $150 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our condo just became available January 22nd to the 27 for the amazing International Snow Sculpting competition. Watch the artists from the balcony or walk across the street and be amazed. Beautiful, completely remodeled 2BR/2BA condo at Park Place in the center of Breckenridge... The balcony has unobstructed, stunning views of downtown Breckenridge. This spacious condo is an end unit at the top floor, providing amazing 270° views of Mt. Baldy, the town and ski slopes, all in a quiet, peaceful place (with no noisy neighbor’s steps from above!). It comfortably sleeps up to 7 people and greets you with a perfect layout; two separate, very private bedroom suites, kitchen, dining room, living room and private balcony. The unit has free high speed wifi. ***All new furniture, mattresses, comforters, pillows and duvets (June 2021)!*** ***New carpet (May 2022)!***All new TVs, new dryer and new Keurig (June 2022)!*** Bedroom suite #1 has a rustic mountain feel with a king size bed, flat screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with a separate walk-in steam shower room. Bedroom suite #2 offers a cozy, peaceful flair with a queen size and a twin size bed, flat screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with a separate tub/shower room. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided for our guests! The spacious living room has a vaulted ceiling and offers amazing views from every window. A beautiful modern gas fireplace, large flat screen TV with sound system, brand-new furniture including coffee and end table, lamps, and a sofa set which includes a queen size sleeper sofa, a love seat and a chair makes the room a stylish yet cozy and comfortable place to relax. The condo also offers an outside ski storage closet with a convenient combination lock. Just outside the door and down the steps are two hot tubs and a fire pit for Apres Ski relaxation. There is ample parking (covered and open) and you will receive a parking permit prior to your arrival. Three more hot tubs and a large heated pool are just a few minutes walk away. Park Place’s location cannot be beat … Catch the free shuttle bus just across the street to hit the slopes –- Snowflake lift (to Peak 8) or Beaver Run lift (to Peak 9). When you are done skiing, ski down Four O’clock run, take off your skis and walk across the street back to the condo. Ready to browse the town? Just walk a few steps across the beautiful Blue River Bridge and you are right in the center of town where you’ll find restaurants, shops and galleries all while enjoying the breathtaking scenery that surrounds Breckenridge. This was a perfect place for our family. A lift is just a small hike up the hill. The walk to downtown was the perfect amount. The condo was beautiful, well equipped, clean abs cozy. We will definitely go back!

We meet our sons for a weekend and absolutely enjoyed the condo. Great communication with the owner for our stay. We used the large crock pot to make soup. All the beds were very comfortable, including the pull-out sofa. Three bus stops within a short walk and easy to ski back to the condos across the street. The third story location offer great views of downtown Breckenridge. The only downside was the ski locker was on the third floor next the condo, we started leaving our skies in our car rather than carrying them up and down the three flights of stairs, this worked really well. We all would highly recommend this home for a wonderful ski vacation.

Great space. We loved the bedroom options and the living room fireplace as well as skiing home down four o clock run. Also the proximity to the village for ski school was great. Overall awesome stay and a fun time in the hot tubs too.

We spent a wonderful thanksgiving at this condo. The location is great for access to restaurants and shopping. Thankfully covered parking is provided since it snowed. The interior is just as shown. We snuggled in front of the fireplace and watched Christmas movies on a cold evening. We even used the hot tub multiple times. It was a perfect stay.

Our family of 7 stayed in the condo for the weekend and it was perfect! It was better than advertised!
It was extremely close to all the shops and restaurants in town! I let my teenagers leave and walk through main street. It is also a short walk to the ski lifts, so perfectly located. We didn't get in the car all weekend.
The condo is well laid out and very roomy even for a 2 bd 2 ba. It slept our family easily. There are great views of the mountains and town. We had a great time and you will too!

Everyday we had the best view to watch the sun rise over the mountains on the balcony, so close to downtown walked everywhere, the condo had everything thing we needed comfy and cozy! We can’t wait to come back.

We booked a last minute trip to escape the Texas heat and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The location is perfect, just a quick walk to Main Street , and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The owner was friendly and communicative. The fact that the condo has staples on hand is a huge plus. We will definitely stay again.

This place was perfect for us, and exceeded expectations. All the details, and photos on the listing were spot on and the information was very helpful in our selection process. My family and I had a blast, and basic essentials were provided which was great! The welcome packet was perfect, the place was very clean, and we walked into town several times. We had a rental car and more family at the top of the mountain which made transportation easy, but the Breck gondola is walkable and a fun ride! Thank you very much for providing us the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful week!!

Comfortable condo in a great location. Nice layout and great attention to details, like plenty of tissue boxes, towels, etc. Easy walk to town for dining and shopping. We rented skis from Charter Sports at the top of the hill by Snowflake lift, and they will store your gear overnight, so we didn’t even have to carry our gear to the condo. We had a great stay!

My kids and I had a wonderful spring break here! The property was stocked with everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. It’s a fantastic location where we could walk to the Gondola and all of the restaurants and shops on Main Street.

The condo was great. Location was right near the Snowflake lift, but the walk there is uphill so I dropped everyone off and then walked up, only about a 5 min walk. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed and hot tubs were very close. Close walking distance to the shops too. My only negative was that the sheets for the sofa bed were dirty. My slept on them the first night and then we noticed what I thought were stains. We washed them though to be sure, and the spots came out. Not sure if someone used them and then put them back or what. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Everything about this property was very good. The location is very close to the bus stop (and the buses can take you anywhere) and the bottom of the 4 O'clock run which allows you to ski home. Our only recommendation is new pillows for all the beds.

Condo is nice and well appointed - everything you need. Lots of nice touches when we checked in, shows Jeff and Connie care. We came for the skiing and Apres Ski. There's Apres Ski opportunites at the base of each. Peak 8 has a great pub called Robbie's Tavern locally owned, Peak 9 has the Copper Top Bar.
To get into town it's an easy walk (about 300 yards) and you have everything you might want. We took advantage of the recommendations list that Jeff and Connie have provided and went to the Kenosha Bar - food was really good.
From the condo you can see the lighted trees in the main square and it is so delightful.
