Located in Lake Havasu City, this lovely condo for $335 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The Best Location in Havasu ON THE BEACH! Recently remodeled, beautiful decor, fully furnished, 'King's View Resort' beach level condo is on the first floor, just a few steps from the sand. Stunning, spectacular, and unobstructed views of the London Bridge, the beach, the lake, and the channel, are seen from the large windows, both master bedrooms, and the two covered patios. During the day, park your boat on the beach right in front of the condo! Relax on the sand or patio, and enjoy the parade of boats in front of you. Step inside this well insulated dream condo and enjoy the peace and quiet of the designer decorated condo with 46" TV with DVR and DVD player. Flat screen TVs are provided in both bedrooms as well. There are only a few of these beach level units! They have larger kitchens than the upper units and have two master suites complete with large vanities with double sinks, ample storage, and sliders that lead to the covered furnished patios with ceiling fans. The views are spectacular from the expansive windows overlooking The London Bridge and the beach. The kitchen is fully appointed and has a breakfast bar that seats four. Amenities include stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, microwave, fridge with ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, full appointment of dishes, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster, blender, Crock Pot, washer, dryer, and propane barbecue. Very comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Air mattresses, pump, sleeping bags for the kids are provided. Condo is supplied with toilet paper, trash bags, laundry, dish, and bathroom soap, and linens. Enjoy the heated pool and pool house, or step out to the sand and water to enjoy the lake. There are several boat launch ramps just minutes away. Stroll along the waterfront walkway to the English Village, London Bridge, marina, restaurants, theaters, and nightclubs, or simply walk across the bridge to a more choices for dining, entertainment, and shopping. We wanted to get out of town for Christmas as most of our family has passed on. This was the perfect getaway. Just a very short walk from the London Bridge which was festively decorated and lit. The complex where we stayed was very quiet as very few people were there for the holidays. The unit was perfect for two couples to relax.

This is by far the best condo at king's view. We came for our annual Havasu trip wirh friends and they couldn't believe how nice this condo was. The hosts are fantastic to work with and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back next year

This is our second time staying here, it was just as amazing as the first. My husband and I have decided to make it a yearly thing for us to come and stay here. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Easy check in and check out. Clean, has everything you need, only thing we brought was toothbrushes and toothpaste. Everything they have covered. Location is the best on the channel.

This property is beautiful couldn't be any closer to the water. Stayed here with my husband, mom and her boyfriend. Couldnt ask for anything more. It is a beautiful place and cant wait to come back for longer next time.

The condo was fantastic! Felt new and clean and had all sorts of useful extras in the kitchen and bedrooms (extra blankets, mattresses for the kids, etc.). Split master floor plan is very convenient. Ground floor is great for access to the beach. Can't wait for next year! :)

Very pleased it’s one of the nicer bottom units . It’s a little pricier but very clean and well stocked and close to the cul de sac for wasier loading and unloading !! Would stay again next year .

This condo is conveniently located directly in front of the beach. It was beautifully decorated and well-kept. It came with many accommodations that other condos do not offer. I have stayed in many condos in the complex, and this is by far the best! I plan on coming and staying at this condo every year.

This unit is perfect for two couples. The location was so great that we only went out to dinner one night. The other three we barbecued and enjoyed the beach level view until we’ll into the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some great meals. We will be back!

Wonderful location, owner was easy to communicate with. We were happy we stayed during the week as Thursday night it started to get busy with people staking their claim on the little beach in front of the condo and loud to 1am.

We parked our car and walked everywhere! This location was so perfect for us with school age to teen kids. Restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, walks in the morning, even playgrounds could be found Within a 20-30 min walk. Great property that was maintained well and had good supplies. Beds were comfy and had extra bedding for kids stuff. Kitchen stocked with just what we needed. Chairs for the beach, and patio sets. Only 3 beach towels, but that was fine. Would happily stay here again.

This is our 2nd stay at this place and it was as awesome as we remembered. Clean and had everything we needed. Located just at the end of the channel, we had great views and wonderful food and cocktails just a short walk away. And, of course, a great view of the London Bridge! Love it all!!

This was my first visit to Lake Havasu- and the stay was a fun introduction to the best it has to offer! The condo was clean, well-stocked and updated. The location could not be better! Close to all of the fun areas of Lake Havasu. Walking distance to food, coffee and fun vacation activities. Even so, it’s on the quieter side of the riverfront so not in the middle of the party areas. A sandy beach is right out the front door. I will definitely return to the condo and Lake Havasu.

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed in lake havasu. From the amenities to the location my parents, aunt and uncle and I loved every bit of it. Everything was walking distance from the condo and we really enjoy relaxing and getting some sunshine since we don’t get much in Wisconsin. We would stay again and recommend this property to anyone. Thanks to Jeff and Karla for everything . (I wasn’t getting service when we first got there and I wasn’t able to find check in instructions on the vrbo app but after 10 minutes my phone decided to work)! 5/5

Waking up in the morning with a view of the water and London Bridge. Love taking in the scenery with my morning coffee. Great location to many bars and restaurants. There was a concert nearby at Windsor Beach that we attended both Sat & Sun night. The Run to the Sun (relic car show) was Saturday on the old golf course. October is my favorite month in LHC. So much going on and the weather is the best! I will continue to book this condo.

Each year for the past twelve years we get together with long time friends two jet ski on the river. For the past two years we have stayed in Lake Havasu. The condo has become our favorite place to stay. It is centrally located to restaurants, boat rentals and of course, the lake.
