When we booked, the host was immediately in contact with us, which was nice. Place was clean. The pictures that were displayed with the condo is exactly what you get awesome view. Met some of the permanent neighbors super nice and friendly. It was our first experience at Lake Havasu loved it and will be going back.

The condo was the nicest we’ve stayed at in the King View complex. The host was very responsive and helpful. It was fully stocked with everything you’ll need for the stay.
