Upon arriving the condo had a very noticeable smell to it. We questioned whether it was a moldy smell - either air vents or maybe a stinky p-trap in one of the sinks. We smelled it as soon as we opened the door but also smelled it in strongly in the master bathroom. It was so noticeable that everyone in our group of 6 immediately commented as we walked in. We were also frustrated with the fact that we had planned to grill outdoors for the whole week for our family vacation on the nice patio grill located at the condo. When we arrived my husband noticed there was no propane bottle so I contacted Kim the owner. She replied that due to a new imposed fire code that all grills had to discontinued due to a previous fire onsite in one of the other unit. She said it was "unfortunate" & wondered where I had seen the grill still listed as an option. I informed her we had looked at the VRBO listing the night before we arrived & it was still photographed as available for use with NO indication otherwise. She remarked that the Fire Dept. was suppose to be adding plaques to the units stating this however, we were there a week & never saw anything posted. We had spent a lot of money on food for our family & had centered our cooking around the grill option so we were extremely disappointed & had to revise how we cooked our food & take some items back home because of it. Beautiful condo! The beds are amazing. The host is awesome and communicates very well with periodic check-in’s to make sure everything is going well. I would definitely recommend staying here. We will be booking again.

Great location to walk to the bridge and close to many food options. The unit was nicely decorated and well stocked. Kids loved the pool. Would stay there again when we come back to town.
