Nestled in Zephyr Cove, this lovely house for $257 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Permit # VHRP20-1119 Occupancy Rules: *Min age to rent any property is 25. *Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines. *You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have. There is only sleeping for 8 in beds. *Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood. * Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin. *Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow. Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house. Enter on the ground level into a bright entryway. A doorway leads to the game room, & a half bathroom. Cook to your heart's content in the sunny kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, bar and table seating. A beautiful living room boasts cathedral ceilings with exposed wood beams, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace set among intricate stonework. Take in the greenery of the mountainside from a wood deck off the living room. A covered hot tub sits outside the master bedroom on a private deck—indulge, relax, and take in the pines, clear skies, and open air. Please note this multi level home has many stairs between each and every floor. Parking is very limited, you will only fit 2 cars in the garage & 3 in the driveway. There is no street parking. BR 1: king BR 2: queen BR 3: queen BR 4: queen *You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have. There is only sleeping for 8 in beds. ~This home does NOT have AC.

The cabin was beautiful, lots of stairs and the location was very conviniéndome. There was plenty of space for our family. The only negative feedback I have is with the cleanliness of the cabin. Imo they need to hire someone to deep clean quarterly. There was a stain on the main comforter in one of the rooms, there was a boogie on a different main comforter. They should have been washed or removed from the bed by housekeeping. There was a lot of dust behind the beds and in the kitchen there was a dead moth near the sink by the window. The main couch in the living room is micro fiber and showed a lot of signs of wear and tear, dirt build up. I feel bad providing this feedback but hopefully it’s just for the owners to know and make some changes.

The house is in a great location and the views of the sky at night were insane but the reviews about the neighbors are not lying. The minute it turned “quiet hours” the cops were called on us. The police man who came out to the property said he couldn’t even hear us until he came around the back of the house. It also sounded like it was a known issue in the area with these neighbors. Probably Wouldn’t stay again for that reason alone unless we were coming with a quiet group. Also be prepared for multiple flights of stairs, but wasn’t an issue for our group.

We had 2 families with many tweens and it was a perfect home with lots of space and rooms to accommodate. The deck is a beautiful place to see the night sky. The lake is beautiful and it was close to Zephyr Beach and not too far from Sand Harbor.
Just make sure to take note of the many, many steps. They were the center of our conversations at dinner 😊

The location of the property is beautiful! There were way more stairs in the house than we thought there would be. With two toddlers, that was challenging. Also couldn't get most of the tv's to work, even when following the instructions left at the house. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was nice because we cooked and ate several meals at home. The hot tub was amazing.

Hi, We rent this house for vacation, but the maintenance it’s not good!Has some problems, the company or the owner has to fixed several leaks, one comes from the bathroom and the other from the kitchen, the garage door is very old and at some point it wouldn't open and we lost an hour to leave the house, the mattresses are old and you can't rest well, you wake up in pain in the back.For that’s reason I give 3 stars

We had to stay an extra night b/c we were snowed in due to the 1.5 foot of snow that fell yet were charged full price for that extra night (event thou the house was not already booked). Would be thoughful and empathetic if we had a little discount on that extra's night charge.

The house was surprisingly large with many stairs and decks leading out of various rooms. We could comfortably fit everyone, the house was very clean, and the hot tub was warm and working when we arrived. There were a few minor issues but they didn't bother us too much and were shared with management. Would have been great to have the heat more adjustable, it was slightly cold at times. The kitchen was well stocked, which was convenient for cooking, and the game room was a bonus we made good use of. When it snows there aren't shovels, so be prepared to seek help!

The house is big with a lot of rooms for everyone. It has a unique set up with a lot of stairs. We had great time. Pool table was the hit. It’s close to everything. It had some flaws, but hey who cares we had great staying in. The temperature was kinda set up on 69 which is cold for Tahoe winter. we couldn’t bring it up. Wi-Fi and Tv didn’t work. The jacuzzi wasn’t ready when we arrived. We turned it on ourselves, it got ready the next morning. Other than that our stay was great.

Overall the house was nice, amenities were comfortable. Cleanliness of the house was by far not up to par. Lots of cobwebs, dirty dishes in the pantry and hair wads on the shower wall in the master bath. It made us uneasy asWe had to inspect everything based on things we found on arrival. The price of the cleaning fee did not feel appropriate based on the condition of the home on our arrival. The home also had a very strange layout and we had trouble locating the fourth bedroom which seemed more like a closet. Neighborhood was quiet and safe.

If you are having friends here, I do not recommend it. This is a great stay, however, neighbors called the police for noise at 730PM.

Close to everything
It was a great location, close to main south LT. Lots of cobwebs and floors were not clean. Hot tub not working and was not notified of that (per communication book it has been broke a while). House is very cool and spacious. Loved the pool/game room. There are lots of stairs so be ready to walk a lot. Overall enjoyed our stay but really disappointed about hot tub not working.

We received multiple noise complaints during dinner time and pretty much had to whisper throughout the trip and still received noise complaints. The house is fully equipped but…….. Disgustingly dirty! Leftover trash from previous renters and dust everywhere. Will never stay here again.

1. The home owners ask to have guest to remove shoes while in the house. Well, the amount of stairs and socks generally sometimes things happen. Unfortunately, I slipped and fell and really hurt my back. Hopefully nothing comes of it. (I will keep you posted).
2. If you advertise that there is a hot tub, I would hope that it was full of water and working before the guests arrived.
3. Lastly, if you charge $400 plus dollars for a house cleaning, the house should be super clean and no party supplies/ Cigarette butts left all over the porches. Tape was left all over the walls and confetti left over the floors and outside. So the house was definitely WAS NOT cleaned properly.

We stayed at property ZC647 and upon arrival we experienced a very unsafe parking situation. The driveway was not salted and completely covered with ice, we had shovel and break ice pack to enter the garage. On top of all that the snow plow truck pushed up a wall of snow blocking most of the front door and causing front steps to freeze over. We also had multiple people slip and fall causing serious injury due to icy steps. The inside of the house was not cleaned at all, there was an inch of dust on ceiling fan in master bedroom. Master bedroom shower was not cleaned, kitchen window was full of dead flies, dust and cobwebs and the living room area was full of dust and cobwebs as well. We were also promised at least four parking spots but only had room for one car due to iced driveway. Had to park other car at nearby casino. I also sent multiple emails of pictures of driveway, dirty house and parking situation but never received a response back. I will never stay at this property or book with you guys again.

Our adult family stayed between the Christmas - New Year's holiday. The snow storms were epic this year. You will need 4 wheel drive to access this place if Tahoe receives storms like we had. We brought our own sheets and pillow cases to swap out just in case, that was useful for two of the beds . The pool table room was very large and nice although the pool table itself was fifthly. The place has many stairs which was well documented in the reviews so we didn't mind the stairs at all. Overall, a good place to stay as long as you are prepared. There was too much snow to be able to access the hot tub so prepare to shovel or skip.

Fun in Tahoe Sun
We stayed here with our 2 adult daughters & their SOs….plenty of space! We loved the decks, cooked in the kitchen & used hot tub for cocktails!

Stairs everywhere in this house. 5 flights to master bedroom! Low beams that you will crack your head on if 5'11" or above. Large black ants crawling throughout house. Inadequate supplies and equipment. No coffee grinder, no tin foil, Dead batteries in remotes, no chalk for pool table, 3 garbage bags for three week stay, Management stated they would pick up garbage weekly. Garbage never picked up for three weeks. TV service down for much of our stay. I would not recommend this property for anyone with joint problems, elderly, or those that drink alcohol. the subdivision does not maintain roads. exits out of subdivision are extremely dangerous there was a fatality during our stay. Management interrupted my concerns multiple times. I found management to be very condescending.

Huge house and great location
Great house but couple of things. It is so huge that it was a bit dusty and some cobwebs in high places. Also doesn’t have cooking oil or other cooking basics so make sure you bring everything with you. Saying that we liked the house a lot.

My family stay at the Zephyr Cove property was absolutely amazing. Upon arrival well after dark long drive in the home was nice and warm and the hot tub was hot and ready to go. The home was fully stocked with everything you think you need and even things you forgot you needed. The property management and or owners appear to take great pride in the home which reflects in the cleanliness and the top of the line and quality amendments supplied. No corners were cut. Even during the COVID crisis we felt safe to not only rent the home but use the things supplied which is a very sensitive subject for me. My family is already planning a return stay
