The property was lovely. The kitchen is well-stocked with all of the necessary items to cook and serve meals. My only minor complaint would be the dead crickets on the lower level and not enough dishwashing liquid. This would not deter me from renting this propoerty again as this was already my 2nd time renting this home.

We had a great time at Ultra Violet and Beachwalk in general. Perfect location for young children as it was close to the beach and pool/lake. Great beach toys, tons of beach chairs and umbrellas, indoor and outdoor games and activities for kids made the stay lots of fun from start to finish. Only criticism is the house is starting to show its age and there were things that were broken (an outdoor chair, refrigerator shelf, ice maker) that detracted from the appeal of the place. Overall great stay and great place to stay.

We rented this lovely property for the weekend for a mom's getaway. The house had plenty of space for the 7 of us. We really had a wonderful time. We were surprised by the amount of stairs as that's not super clear in the listing but also not hidden as it mentions bedrooms on the third floor. Big bonus is bathrooms available on all floors. We loved the spacious and open 2nd floor layout which was perfect for what we needed. The property inside was clean. There was some debris outside around the property either carried by wind or left behind by other guests (just something moms would notice). The beds were comfy with an array of firmer and softer mattresses. The couches are super comfy as well especially after several hours at the table playing games. We would definitely recommend this location and will consider it again for our next getaway weekend.

My wife spent the first day cleaning. After mopping the floors multiple times everyone’s feet and socks were black. The furniture was also old and filthy. It didn’t look like anyone ever moved the furniture to clean. I would also recommend to the owner to get a air quality test. With the exception of 2 everyone else in the house felt sick when in the house for long periods of time. Once out of the house everyone felt better. Needless to say a much needed family vacation was horrible.

This house turned out much better than the pics. This is literally 5 to 6 mins walk to beach. Check-in was seamless. Place was very clean and well decorated and stocked. Kitchen is fully furnished with all supplies and appliances. TV in so many rooms, perfect patio. LOTS of games to play and DVDs to watch. TV's are hooked up with Roku. House also has a lot of beach chairs, umbrellas. Absolutely loved this place. The only thing I regret is not booking a longer stay.

Beachwalk Resort area was great and Ultra Violet house was just as great. Great deck area and kitchen and just a short distance from the beach. Plenty of room and sleeping area with a King and four Queen beds as well as 4 bathrooms. Would definitely visit again.
