Oceanway is a completely NON-SMOKING/NON-PET property. This means NO smoking is allowed in the units, on balconies, or in common areas including the pool area, parking lot and hallways. Guests and renters are not allowed to have pets on the property or in the units.

We stayed for a week and the place is beautiful. The views of the beach are amazing. Only issue we experienced was with the WiFi but we reset the router and it worked after that. Highly recommend it was a very nice stay.

What a beautiful place to spend enjoying the beach at Indian Rocks Beach!!!
The condo was so roomy & stocked with everything you would need for a carefree vacation!
The living space is great & open, not to mention the huge bedrooms which both have King Size Beds!
Bathrooms have plenty of room & storage too.
The balcony on the 3rd floor was open, comfortable & also roomy - the view was spectacular! The beach was not crowded - absolutely stellar - beach chairs, umbrella, etc. are provided -such a great addition!
The pool is wonderful & we were delighted to find that it is salt water. Bonus!!!!
The condo was very clean & beds were comfy - also very quiet !!!
Of note: we were told by folks we talked with to bring/buy water as well as ice. Apparently the water is very alkaline & also Hugh in chlorine.
The kitchen was so well stocked. The only thing you may want to bring if you plan to cook much are spices as salt & pepper were the only seasonings supplied.
The location is fantastic as it is within walking distance to many excellent restaurants. The Trolley stop is located right in front of the building for south bound & just about 1/3 block up for northbound. We took full advantage of the convenience of the trolley if we were venturing further than walking distance.
It would be very helpful if each floor had a luggage trolley for guests to use - that’s the only suggestion we would have.

Excellent view & access to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedding & furnishings. Towels were too thin & need replacing. HVAC was programmed for heat in May.

The beach was great. The condo had a great view. However, the condo is need of repairs. The master bedroom door doesn't close; the bathroom doors do not close either. The front door has a huge gap a t the top where bugs could get in.
