Location - fantastic. I was able to walk everywhere. Opposite Ciutadella Park, spectacular. The beach was 15 min walk, the central areas even closer. Bars and restaurants very close-by. Cleanliness - Very good. Bed - so comfortable. Couch - very comfortable too. Shower - wonderful water pressure! Air conditioner - fantastic, so needed! Also a note that the gentleman in the main office was very helpful and friendly. His help was much appreciated to hold my luggage on the last day while I waited for my cab to the airport. I like the virtual key although I could see how someone who's not a techy person would struggle. I do like there being 3 ways to enter the apartments. Swipe on the app, place your phone on the NFC reader or type in the code. I do question the security of this however - adding this to the negative part below.

Main points: Wifi - pretty bad. Connection was slow and unstable Appliances - Fridge woke me up on 2/4 nights. A loud buzzing sound in the middle of the night. Was awful. They also give you a coffee machine with no pods, and a juicer? It just feels like they're putting appliances on the counter for no reason. Lighting - so harsh. There's like a million lights all controlled with 3 switches. So would you like Bright, Really Bright, or so bright you need sunglasses inside? Very hard to have a dimly lit room in the evening. The furnishings are quite unstable. - The shower head was loose, I could have easily ripped it off. - The coat hangers also very loose - The balcony blinds had clearly been opened and tied up really shoddily. Looked very unusable, I didn't even touch it. - The mirror in the main hallway literally fell off the wall as I brushed past it up the stairs, I caught it in time. That's when I realised, it's not even hung on the wall properly. It's hanging by two screws on the wall balancing the weight of the mirror either side of it, not hooked on using the middle hook as it should have been! If I didn't catch it and it broke, that would have been my deposit gone. However, its been hung up in pure negligence. Virtual key: The code for me to get into the building was the same as my door. It had me wondering if someone deciphered the code that they can just walk in, so I asked them if the door can be locked from the inside. They said no, but no one has the code but me. But lets say it was deciphered (it wasn't the most complicated code), they in theory could just walk in? I would have much preferred a way to manually lock the door once I'm inside for safety. And I say that as a person who is very tech savvy.

The apartment was in a great location, clean and the terrace was great. Staff were really helpful would definitely stay again :)

Loved this cute apartment. Located in the old part of town it’s well located between the marina, the fascinating old town and the top tourist attractions

Amazing location, but quite loud in the night so open window is not a solution for stuffy room. AC installed exactly above the bed so not perfect to turn on during the night.

We received info that we need to take trash with us (with such price I believe it is not appropriate) with possible fine if we will leave it.
