At this upscale 4-bedroom Orlando home, you get the fun of your own personal Disney resort plus the value, independence and convenience of your own private home with a South Facing pool. **Ample Living Spaces** After a long day at the parks, host your own movie marathon in the living room with a professional popcorn popper and LED 4K TV and Blu-Ray 3D. If games are more your speed, check out the Xbox one S and Wii, play a round of euchre at the card table or have a family board game night. Save some dough and cook your meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. While the dishes don’t sing and dance, you’ll still get the Beauty and the Beast feel in the Be Our Guest-themed dining room. Extras like a Bose SoundLink Mini, Roku Ultra and much more abound. **Comfy Bedrooms** “Let it go” and get to sleep in the Frozen room, featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds, one decorated with Anna and Elsa and the other starring Olaf. Elsa, Ana & Olaf Dolls are waiting on the beds for your kids to play with during your stay. We had a great time. The house was beautiful and the pool was as awesome as the grand kids loved it. Keith was amazing and was there for our needs which there was only one about the pool which was no biggy. If we ever come again we will definitely stay there again.

My whole family loved this house! We had 7. 4 adults and 3 kids! We ended up leaving the parks early in the day just to spend time here! Enjoyed the pool, the game room, my 3 daughters were introduced to Mortal Kombat and loved it! Tons of fun spots to hide for hide and seek. We didn’t need anything except! Fully stocked with almost anything you would need! The owner was super responsive and so kind and accommodating! We are already talking about booking again!

The property was just as described and it looked even better in person. They thought of all the little things some places don't offer. Like hand soap,laundry supplies,dish washing supplies,they even had spices and coffee. We only had 2 minor snags,but they were handled quickly. The microwave above the stove went out before we arrived,but they let us know ahead of time and had a replacement during our stay. The propane was out for the fire pit,and i literally had a message back right away, and was given the code for the propane tank on the grill tonuse instead. Our kids loved the game room as well as the board games and game consoles.The property was clean and the beds were comfy. The theme throughout was adorable,our little ones loved the lights in the frozen room. We had a welcome sign and balloons on arrival day. There was plenty of childrens supplies if needed,like stroller and playpen. They had a cooler beach chairs and sand toys if needed. Also pool toys outside on the patio. We will definitely stay here again amd recommend this place to anyone. It has all the qualities we were looking for. Thanks for an amazing,relaxing vacation!

The perfect house for three kids and their 4 parents! From being 40 minutes from anything we wanted to do to having the convenience of a pool right in the backyard it made for a very relaxing peaceful vacation.
The owner kept open lines of communication with us the entire stay, texted us our first day there to check in and then was available any time we needed them.
The Disney experience was beautiful and the house clean and might I add toddler approved and proof.
Would most definitely stay again if in the area!

With one "Frozen" and one "Star Wars" themed bedroom our 4 year old twin grandkids just loved the place. The 2 master suites made it perfect for our family. House was clean and comfy. The pool was a big hit - also with themed decorations and privacy. It made a perfect base for the theme parks - about 25 minutes to Disney. Publix grocery only about a mile away - very convenient! Keith was very responsive and easy to work with.

Distance to parks was 25-40 min depending on traffic. There were multiple routes to the park to use for options. Grocery store within 2 minutes along with other convenience stores.
Property was extremely well maintained and very clean. There was every kitchen item we needed plus more. The pool was amazing for the kids to enjoy on rest days and has a great atmosphere for spending the day outside (lots of toys, table, chairs, lounge area, outdoor bathroom, and string light and pool lights for night swims).
The kids loved their bedrooms and the toys that were in them kept them busy when necessary. There were games galore (board and video) that the kids enjoyed every day.
We will be booking here again next time we take a Disney trip!

This is our second time staying at this house - last time 5 years ago, and it was absolute pleasure once again. Our host Keith was quick to respond to messages before the trip, on our arrival (we didn't have reason to text him during our stay even that he said to do it at any time if we need anything), and when we left. My first review was really long, I won't do that again :) - house description and pictures are accurate, easy check in/check out; many beautiful details in the house and near pool area; everything you might need in the kitchen (we used it daily); bedrooms nicely separated, our teen enjoyed having his own bedroom and bathroom; weather was not crazy hot so we also enjoyed using game room, and pool was clean and area around was clean as well. Clean property is a must for us, so honestly no need to use wipes and be afraid to touch anything - EVERYTHING was clean so you can start your vacation the same moment you enter the house :) There is much more to say and everything is positive. Thank you Keith and you have every reason to be proud of your house and how you manage it! :)

Our family enjoyed our stay from the first moment to the last. We needed or wanted nothing that wasn't already provided. The home was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with all the hardware to create any meal desired. The house was fun for the entire family, with plenty of activities to engage in if desired. The pool was warm (worth the cost of the heat if in the winter months).
Keith is on top of his game regarding communication, and you got the sense that your stay's enjoyment was important to him as the amenities were refined to what they are now. Well worth your consideration without hesitation (especially if you have a family) with your next Vrbo rental

What a wonderful family retreat! We were there for our Disney Vacation and have a fabulous time. The house is perfect in every way and the owners were amazing to work with. They responded quickly to all our questions. After a long day, we all enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful pool. We will definitely come back!

This property was a great place to chill and hang out while in Orlando. Was not too far from Disney parks. The VRBO was stocked with things to do for the kids. Games, nice pool, cool garage filled with entertainment and video game console.
For a family it was perfect. The neighborhood was well kept and clean. It was close to a main roadway so access to stores was easy. Communication with owner was easy and all instructions were well given out.
