The house is beautiful, great location and the host is fantastic. They went out of their way to get extra bikes for our group, and they regularly checked in to ensure everything was okay.

We had a fabulous stay for a long weekend in Bend! The house was perfect for the 4 of us and the hot tub was amazing after long days around town. The house had everything we needed and the property managers were extremely prompt answering questions and helpful.

The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the shower excellent, the grounds are well maintained, and the hot tub is excellent. There is good bike storage in the garage, and you can easily cycle the Twin Bridges Scenic Bikeway from the doorstep!

Cottage was terrific for a ski week with my son. Cottage was super clean and well stocked. Location is great - walking distance to great restaurants, bars and breweries.

My family of 5 stayed in this home for a week in the winter. Great location - a short walk to many popular breweries, restaurants, and downtown. Clean home with comfortable beds and bedding. Loved the hot tub. Will stay here again when we come back to visit family.

This place was perfect for our quick family getaway. It was super cozy & the location was great. We really enjoyed being in walking distance of lots of restaurants & a waterfront park.

We spent 3 nights in Bend, OR for the first time. This property is ideally located within walking distance of downtown, restaurants, galleries, shops. It provided the artistic charm and decor we were looking for in Bend. Very nicely furnished, supplied with everything you could want. The bikes and hot tub and grill were incredible perks. Extremely clean, nice shower, everything you could want. I would highly recommend this property!

The Lavender cottage was in a perfect location to walk or bike to many places in Bend. A quiet neighborhood with an amazing backyard with a hot tub! The cottage was nicely appointed with everything you need to feel at home, Beds were comfortable and the place was clean.

My favorite part of this property was the location. Such walkability and so much activity and energy in the neighborhood. It was accessible to everything. We also enjoyed the pleasant surprise of the yard and space in the kitchen comparative to the quaintness of the house. Communication was great. Check in and check out processes simple. Will stay again!

We absolutely loved this house and it suited me, my husband, and our kid so well for a long weekend in Bend! The house was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, the hot tub was an added perk, and we loved eating on the back patio every day. They had a binder available that gave us great recommendations of what to do and where to eat. We could also walk to the river and many restaurants and breweries. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who is visiting the wonderful city of Bend!

Of note, we had envisioned the place being quite small, due to the 5 person maximum and the way some of the pictures make the place look, but we were surprised to find that it has a lot of space in the living room and dining area with a pretty large yard for hanging out in too.

Location is prime-time being just blocks away from both Sun River and 10 Barrel Breweries. Great bagel shop around the corner, and a food cart pod nearby too! The river is blocks away so a chill bike ride along the river is also a nice thing to do. The mountain is about 25 minutes away which is very convenient and so are numerous golf courses. This a gem and hopefully we will be back soon!

We really enjoyed the Lavender Cottage property and will be recommending to our friends and family for the future. Property was very well managed and stocked with everything we needed for our 3 week stay. Amazing location and close to great places for food and beverages. Right by Drake park, 10 mins from remote hiking outside of Bend which is a big part of the charm for Bend. Hot tub alert!! That was amazing to have a hot tub and we used that multiple times per day during our stay. Routine scheduled maintenance of the tub was provided. Wonderful time.

We had a great stay. House was fully stocked and within walking distance of everything you could possibly need. Easy access to Tumalo Falls and Smith rock which were must see locations even in the winter months. Would definitely return here for a future stay.

A cute house and perfect location to stay for a fall break with my wife and son. My wife fell in love with Bend and this cute house. The house was as advertised, easy check in and was clean. Easy access to downtown Bend, Drake Park, river, shops, etc. from this house. Easy drive to mountain bike the amazing trails around Bend. We used the hot tub each night after our active days, took advantage of the cruiser bikes to glide around and used the well appointed kitchen quite often. We could not have chosen a better place!

What an incredible property. Very clean, everything stocked, and very comfortable. It was also decorated very cute. Air conditioning worked great, the location was perfect for going on walks to the park, coffee shops, and food trucks. The hot tub was clean and made for a fun activity. We were also so impressed with the property management. We left something valuable upon checkout. We alerted them, the item was found, and immediately mailed to us. We are so grateful! What a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house is a really beautiful craftsman in a great location walkable or bikeable to groceries, restaurants, and parks. The house was clean and well stocked and the hot tub worked great! The bikes were also well maintained and we used them to get groceries. The backyard is pretty and we enjoyed eating dinner out there. The drawbacks were small compared to the big picture: * There is only one bathroom in the house and it’s downstairs opening directly into the living room. The two bedrooms are upstairs and because of the quaint old doors and their latches that stick, this means if anyone needs to use the late at night there’s a lot of banging open of door latches and up and down stairs. It also means there’s not a lot of privacy to your bathroom visits sight, sound, or smell wise since it opens right onto the living room. Not a lot the owners can do about this except maybe oil the doors and get them opening and closing more smoothly and quietly. Not a big deal for adults but might be a problem for a family with a baby or young kids to keep asleep. * Typical of a rental house, the knives in the kitchen (and the veggie peeler) were dull to the point of being unusable and mostly just smushing veggies beneath their blades. (But the house was well stocked with slimy and plastic wrap and Tupperware which I think you don’t find that often.). These could be sharpened really easily and quickly. And the veggie peeler could be replaced for $5 or less. * We visited in July and high temps were right around 80 F. Both bedrooms got quite warm and only the west facing one had an AC unit (but whose control was locked). In the east (street) facing one, we had to keep the window full open the entire time to get some relief and it was still pretty warm. The window had no screen, which would have been nice to keep bugs out. And on our final night, in part because our window was wide open, we were awoken at 3am when local teenagers drove down the street with their car windows open and their music at FULL volume. They proceeded to park in the middle of the street outside our house and listen to their music at full volume. It was extemely loud. They didn’t turn it down or move on until 15 minutes later when we had to go outside and speak to them. Obviously the owners can’t control them, but better temperature control for the room (or visiting at a different time of year) would allow closing the window.

Rented this cute home for a little get away. Come to find out after getting there it’s right around the block from my best friends house. Had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. We would definitely rent this again.
