Nestled in Destin, this charming condo for $525 per night is a great option for your next vacation. VILLA COYABA 106 is a one of the most upscale condos at Villa Coyaba. Your Friend at The Beach is proud to manage this four bedroom luxury gulf front condo - Newly updated with everything you need for your most memorable beach vacation. The new living room furniture makes enjoying the view of the Gulf even better! ** Please note fireplace is decorative and non functional** Gray Kraftmaid kitchen cabinets top beautiful flowing granite countertops. The new Samsung gas range has a large griddle and the oven has a Convection bake option. The french 3 door refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door is a dream; microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and even a separate, stand alone ice making machine. Travertine floors are glistening because they have been refinished; custom made drapes and plantation shutters throughout. Everything in the condo has been painted and furnished in the latest HGTV colors and sure the check out the pictures especially of the open and spacious living and dining areas. The great room has a large 65" Smart TV ( 5 tvs total in unit). Master has 55" Want to be sure you have a good sleep? All mattresses in unit 106 are new and comfortable. The master bedroom (king bed) has an ensuite bathroom that includes a 42x70 whirlpool tub and a separate shower with dual shower heads and double sinks. Master bedroom with King - private bathroom Second King bedroom shares a jack and jill bathroom Third bedroom with Queen, shares jack and jill bathroom Fourth bedroom with two queens, adjoining bathroom that also opens to the hall. *All of our sheets and bathroom towels are 100% cotton. *All bathrooms have soaps and hair dryers for your convenience. *All bedrooms have Flat screen TVs and phone charger on the bed side tables. The laundry room features a large capacity washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board and drying rack plus laundry detergent. Both a Booster seat and pack and play are located in each YFAB unit. Cribs are available through our Concierge service. First floor living means no waiting for the elevator and no long hallways to get to the beach. Access is just outside those sliding glass doors. Upper floors also give a great view but the feeling of being closer to that water (Gulf and infinity pool) is even nicer. The beautiful emerald green and aqua blue of the Gulf of Mexico is visible from the entire open main living areas as well as the master bedroom. Beach and pool access are just outside those sliding glass WILL LOVE STAYING IN the 2200 square foot Unit 106. ***Each Villa Coyaba unit has only 2 dedicated parking spaces for owners and renters in their units. ALL Parking is in Parking Garage only- max height is 7'-1" The beach, pool, gym and grilling area are for the sole use of Villa Coyaba guests. While friends or family may visit you at your condo, they may not use the amenities. Per HOA, guests are not permitted to bring pets. - Please review charges before booking on line as fees charged by VRBO cannot be refunded by your friend at the beach.

Villa Coyaba 106 was a beautiful condo. Having a condo on the first floor was amazing, we traveled with a 4 month old so being so close to the pool was great, especially during nap time. The ice maker is a fantastic touch, esp for packing a cooler to the beach/pool daily. Only suggestion would be to add a chair of some sort to one of the bedrooms that rocks, would have made bedtime easier.

VC 106 is exactly as pictured- beautiful. The atmosphere of the complex is so pleasant and aesthetically pleasing.The condo was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the convenience of the complimentary beach set up daily, and we were walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants. Grocery stores, pharmacies, malls etc were 5 minutes away. Your Friend at the Beach is an absolute pleasure to work with - always! They are the best rental company we have ever encountered in over 25 years of coming to Destin.

Our stay was amazing. The property was perfect, and everyone was fantastic to work with. We had a great time, and would recommend this property. We had 8 people and there was more than enough room for everyone. The property was beautiful. Beach and pool access was incredible. The security measures were top notch as well, to access all parts of the property.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, updated, clean, modern, open and spacious, incredible views, private and peaceful. Our family’s stay in Destin was amazing and having a place to gather and reconnect was truly special. The property was lovely and directly in the beach. It was convenient for my daughter in law and granddaughter to walk up for lunch they spend a little time at the pool. I loved that the property manager allowed us to use the pool when we arrived until our unit was ready which by the way was ready hours before promised.

My family members enjoyed our stay in condos #106 and #107. The weather, beach, and ocean were very good most days.But there are some things I want you to know about. This year, we were provided with only one umbrella and two beach chairs per condo. For expensive condos that can house up to 10 people, that’s not right. Last year, we had two umbrellas and four beach chairs per condo. The beach chairs were removed at 5:00 pm when there was still a couple of hours of daylight left. The Inn at Crystal Beach, next door, had its beach chairs out until much later than 5:00 pm.While the new outdoor cooking grills were much easier to use this year, we couldn’t find proper cooking utensils (rigid metal spatulas) to be used on the grills in either condo.Condo #106: The slip covers on the furniture in the living were dirty. They should have been washed by the cleaning service.The original locking mechanism latch handle on the sliding glass doors was not working. The locking device, that was probably added some years ago, was the only way to lock the sliding glass doors.

My family had the best time! The condo was gorgeous and well stocked! The view was amazing! Steps away from the pool and beach. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a week! We will be back next year!

My family and I have visited Destin several times. This place is by far the best we have ever stayed in. We were amazed at how well it was supplied with almost everything you need to cook for a family. My husband has physical disabilities, so the location of the pool and beach made it possible for him to visit. It was very clean, spread out where we were not on top of one another, and the location was convenient where we were close to places we needed to go. We will be staying at the this unit for ALL our future visits to Destin.

This is a great location, close to Destin Commons and other retail stores. The pool and beach access was awesome. Even had a separate ice machine!
Only downfall is minor aesthetic updates that are needed ie, needs new paint/sheetrock around bathtubs (mold), table in master bedroom is literally on its last leg, and couch/chairs in living area are musty and showing dirt.
