This apartment was just as advertised. Be mindful that it is half a block off of Bourbon Street so the noise in the bedroom with the windows carried on into the night, then the trash trucks ran at 4:15 every morning. The interior bedroom was dark and very quiet according to my kids. The fooseball table and arcade game was a fun addition for our family.

The property was awesome. I did take off a point for cleanliness, but overall the place was really great. It was in a prime location close to all the Classic activities. I would definitely stay here again.
And I will try to up my score on the Ms. PacMan game. We were all hooked.

The property was as described. Very clean! Our stay was during the week so I did underestimate the amount of noise from the crowds. Lol! That’s totally on me! It’s location is totally worth it so I say bring you some great ear plugs, have a great time, and sleep in! We had no issues communicating with the owner. I stress again that it was clean!!! That’s huge for someone with ocd like me. We enjoyed the foosball table and the arcade game as well.

The unit is in a great spot, but the pictures were misleading for both the kitchen and the bathrooms. They did not look like the pictures at all. It’s in the French quarter so it’s quite noisy but to be expected bring your earplugs. We didn’t get a lot of instructions on what to do when we got there as far as Wi-Fi or anything as well as check out. There were no hand towels in the kitchen or the bathrooms. The pillows could use being replaced overall the linens I think could use an upgrade. For what was there they were very worn. With a little TLC overall this unit would do well.

Really great space. One thing to be aware of. It is right off Bourbon Street and the windows are single-pane. It can get noisy. One of the bedrooms is isolated and wonderful to sleep in, but the other can be tough with the noise from Bourbon. If you are here to have adult fun you are in the perfect spot.

The location of this rental is perfect if you are in New Orleans to have a good time! It is loud, but that is to be expected when you are half a block from Bourbon Street. The apartment is roomy and has plenty of seating. When we arrived, we had very little toilet paper and no paper towels, but we contacted management and they were provided quickly. Laundry detergent was also not provided, and we didn't want to bother anyone again, so we purchased some and left it for the next tenants. Other than these small snafu's, everything was perfect and we would not hesitate to return.

The French Quarter has been one of my favorite places for over 40 years, and I've stayed many places in or near The Quarter. I'm no newbie to the French Quarter.
The apartment looked almost too good to be true based on the photos. I've rented places that look huge and beautiful in the photos only to find small, over-used rooms. This place is everything you see in the photos and more! The rooms are spacious and beautiful. We were pleasantly amazed...it was even better than the photos...clean and nicely decorated.
I only spoke to the host, Wyatt, a couple of times, and he was extremely friendly and helpful. I'm sure if we had needed anything from him over the weekend, he would have been right there.
The location was perfect. Everything we like to do was within walking distance, even for the two of us 60+ year-old farts. Even the French Market area was a reasonable walk. Bar-hopping along the way helped break up that trek, lol.
My only issue would be street noise. I know Bourbon Street gets noisy at night, and even being half a block off Bourbon, it can still be noisy. But the weekend we stayed, it sounded like a rave going on outside. I was in the interior room separated from the windows by 2 walls and the noise was so loud it woke me up a couple of times, and I'm a sound sleeper. I know noise is not any fault of the hosts, but it was LOUD!
Overall, the place is beautiful and the location is great...if you can handle the noise.

When I say the property was exactly as described, and the perfect size for a couple or a whole family. The condo was so spacious, squeaky clean and has the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable stay in the heart of the French quarter. The location is central to all of the happenings, and perfect walking distance to get to all the shops, dining and entertainment nearby. We will be booking with Wyatt again; he had excellent communication, was kind and even accommodated us with our flight arrival. Thank you again and what are you waiting for, go book now!

What a wonderful rental. The property manager was wonderful in communicating with me. The unit was immaculately clean and well appointed. Location is beyond wonderful. Just 1/2 block off Bourbon. We will rent this again on our next trip down.

Noisy all night and needs sound blocking blinds especially in bedroom. Loud streets but also garbage collection after street quiets down. We weren't able to connect to wifi . No t towels. Very inconvenient not having second set of keys. Good place for young partiers.

My husband and I recently took our son and couple of his friends to NOLA for his 18th birthday. We have had many family trips to New Orleans and this was one of the best due to our accommodations. The apartment was PERFECTION!!! It had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and was perfectly located to enjoy all the French Quarter has to offer. We had no problem with check in. We will definitely stay here in the future. See you again soon NOLA!!!!

Property is very nice- perfect place for walking around the French Quarter. It is literally right around the corner from Bourbon St. The large bedroom windows face a little slice of Bourbon, and the noise is almost non-stop, so bring earplugs and a sound machine.

The property managers were great. Very helpful, friendly and quick to respond. The property is nice and the location is perfect. Parking is very convenient and affordable. We wil hopefully return many times in the future.

This place was perfect. Walking distance to everything ,Can’t beat location. Very spacious and clean. Plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Host responds very quickly and helpful. Finding the parking garage was a little challenging but once we did , it was very convenient to come out our door and walk a few steps and be at the garage. Definitely will be staying here again.

The place was nice, communicating with the host was easy - but we were terrified that we'd be kicked out because there are signs all over the place that short term rentals at the property (vrbo) are prohibited by law. Actually they're illegal anywhere in the French Quarter. We did not know that. Had we known that we likely would not have booked this unit and would've paid for hotel lodging. Also, with only 1 access fob to the building and 1 door key provided, the group had to stay together the entire time or risk not getting back in the building. A bit tricky when we aged from 28yo to 75yo. Overall, we had a great time in NOLA and again, property was as advertised and host was responsive.

My boyfriend and I both have family from New Orleans and we wanted to stay in the French quarter, it was a perfect location if you’re looking to be in the middle of the action! You don’t need a car to get anywhere. The apartment was clean and comfortable we loved our time!

The VRBO add looks great. Apartment is new and laid out well as advertised with large beds and TVs in each room. The games were fun and the place was mostly clean but sparse. Arrival is a dice roll hoping someone leaves the main door open so you can piggy-back in since the keys are in the apartment before you arrive. Once we finally got in the building (about 10 minutes of waiting for someone to leave) we saw numerous signs saying that short term rentals were not allowed in this building. This had us slightly concerned from the start. Once inside, the apartment smelled a bit like old cigar smoke and was lacking in some basic provisions one would expect from a furnished vacation rental. There were a few towels found in the dryer, but no dish soap, cleaning supplies, body soap/shampoo or any other amenities available. OK fine its a temporary rental and not a hotel, but other places we've stayed had these basic items for use. The beds were decent but minimally setup with 2 small pillows, sheets and an inexpensive comforter. No additional blankets or pillows found in the either BR. We brought in some basic provisions to make our stay more comfortable. That was BEFORE the evening crowd of passing cars on the street below came blasting the loudest music I’ve ever heard outside of a rock concert. So bad that you couldn’t hear the TV when sitting on the couch or in the main BR. Non-stop through the night. We don't generally complain about people having fun and definitely expected noise being so close to Bourbon but didn’t realize there was a constant stream of cars and motorcycles cruising the block all night. Let alone the people yelling at each other below the building and the early morning street cleaning. The main BR and living room windows provide zero dampening for the outside noise so sleep did not come easy. There was also an unhinged neighbor who kept screaming obscenities at people who would walk by her apartment. I don't blame the Owner for the outside conditions, but something should be done to reduce the ambient noise inside the unit and maybe provide a bit more creature comforts for guest use.
Overall, I am disappointed in the experience. This place is a great setup for those who want to party and be close to the action but anyone looking to relax in quiet may want to heed the noise reviews and prepare accordingly. Late check out fee is also strictly enforced.

The good, the bad, and the ugly
This place was right in the heart of French quarters where you could feel every ounce of the vibe. The games were great entertainment for in between activities. Unfortunately, the place was a struggle to get into, as we were instructed to wait outside of the building until someone else went in it out despite texts and calls for over an hour. Once inside, I had to clean handles and some floors as they were so sticky (and I'm not a particularly tidy person myself). Then there was the search and find for towels, linens, pillows, trash cans, and dishes. We had to unload the dish washer and dryer. Parking was a nightmare, although I should have anticipated it being in the city. There were signs throughout the complex indicating that you will be thrown out if found to be using VRBO or other rental, although we were never approached. There were 2 different contacts during our stay and neither were responsive to questions or problems we had. As long as you know what your getting into, the price couldn't be beat.

We had an awesome time
This location was amazing. The apartment was huge and my kids loved the foosball table and game machine in the living room. There is also a pool on the roof. It's right in the heart of the city and Bourbon st. Is right around the corner. We went there to see a play at the Seanger theater and we were able to walk there which was awesome. The only downside was parking is not free Anywhere. I highly suggest looking up a place to park ahead of time with parking.com

We arrived early and the manager allowed us to check in early which was so amazing! First impression was opening the door and the smell of "clean" which I love! This location is half a block from Bourbon St. So yes, it is loud but that is to be expected. If you don't like noise do not stay near Bourbon! We got an uber from the airport and walked everywhere for French Quarter Fest and we were so close that we could walk back to the condo several times during the day to drop off goodies, take a break and play games.
Having the video game and the Foosball table was an added bonus to break up the day. I recommend and would definitely stay here again!!!
