Персонал готелю заслуговує на найвищу оцінку. Особливо хочеться відзначити жінку шеф-кухаря в ресторані Elia та менеджерів по роботі з клієнтами Eirini та Margarita. Завдяки їм я зміг зробити незабутній день народження для своєї коханої дівчини.

Все було добре, єдине що не дуже сподобалося, так це ліжко. Воно була здвоєна, а не велика подвійна, в результаті я постійно провалювався в щілину посередині, це дуже не зручно.

Loved the beach!

Stunning location and access to the beach. Gardens stunning. Aesthetically, the hotel & rooms are stunning. Late check out - very generous. Concierge is such a happy man :)

I don’t feel this hotel should be a 5 star, but they could really be great if they take on board some of the points reviewers have left. The staff need training. I complained about our pool which was making a terrible noise 24/7 and our broken coffee machine, both were not looked at in our 6 days there. Some of the breakfast staff were not sure whether they could make a decaf coffee, and yet others could. Generally unfriendly staff. As others have reviewed, there is a lack of maintenance. Weirdly too, still pencil writing on some of the wall tiles in our bathroom from the build. Also a hole in the wall under our basin. Breakfast should have fresh fruit juice. Bars should have more affordable & variety of drinks. Was cheaper for us to drink and eat outside the hotel. Quality of food at the hotel is not close to local restaurants either.

Good location and facilities. Poor value for money if you do not go for all-inclusive packages.

Very nice compound and the view from the room was amazing. Location was very good (if a bit isolated - it's not walking distance from anything and anyway you need to walk on the road). Beach and swimming pool were great.

We did not realize upon booking that the hotel also sells all inclusive packages, which means that there is a mix of all inclusive and non-all inclusive guests. This also means that the food and drinks were of average quality to cater for the all inclusive guests - and very expensive for the quality provided if do not have the all inclusive package (e.g. cocktails, beachside food). Also, all restaurants on premise require a reservation with 24 hours in advance, and would not admit you even if they are empty if you did not reserve. Staff was nice to us, however they were quite poorly trained. For example, reception did not know whether the open air movies outside (a nice idea) would happen, nor the name of the movie. When ultimately they found out the movie name, they failed to inform us that it's a Danish movie (in Danish with Greek subtitles) - a wasted evening. Another example, a poolside bartender could not point us to the toilets as 'he was new' (the toilets were 10 meters behind him). Concierge did a minimum effort to help us book a boat to rent and failed (we did book it ourselves after 5 minutes of internet research and a couple of whatsapp messages with a boat rental company, so it was not really hard). Finally, pool side service was non-existent (you need to go queue at the bar with all the all-inclusive guests) and the cleanliness of the pool-side toilets (and the lobby ones as well) was severely lacking.

Stunning hotel. Located really close to Agios Nikolaos (5 minutes by car) is the perfect place to stay. I really enjoyed my time there. The food was great, the staff was super helpful and friendly and my room exceeded my expectations. And of course the most important thing to mention is the view. Simply breathtaking. The beach is right outside your window so to speak and combined with the amazing sunrises and sunsets it creates an amazing idyllic ambiance. Highly recommend!!

The hotel is located on a very nice location in Crete ! You can see the sea from all sides and enjoy the sun on the beach . We enjoyed a various buffet for the breakfast and we relaxed in our relaxing rooms .

We would like to have a bigger variety of drinks at the beach bar .

The rooms were spacious and clean ! The cleaning ladies and the staff were really helpful and smily. We were amazed by the sea view.

Amazing hotel

The location of the hotel is unique and the view from every restaurant and bar is unreal. The staff is really helpful and friendly. They gave us a really nice room with a sea view and we really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to come back next year. Our flight was delayed and they let us stay in the room untill 16:00 which was really helpful. Thank you Mirabello team.
