Nestled in Miramar Beach, this lovely condo for $670 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This two-story beach facing Penthouse boasts vacation bliss with a spacious interior, exterior, and beach views throughout both. Travertine tile floors, floor-to-ceiling glass doors, and contemporary features throughout create a rich and inviting space with room for everyone to relax. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, the wet bar, expansive living areas, and balconies on both floors to soak in the sights and sounds of the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Professionally decorated, Majestic Sun Penthouse 1106A will have all you need and more to make your Destin dreams come true! Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies. This is a two-story Penthouse condo located on the eleventh floor. This penthouse also includes 4 personal beach chairs and a wagon! BEDDING SUMMARY Master bedroom: King bed Guest bedroom 1: King bed Guest bedroom 2: King bed Guest bedroom 3: Two twin over queen bunk beds Living area: Queen sleeper sofa FIRST FLOOR The foyer hosts the downstairs bathroom, which is across from the bunk room that's furnished with two sets of custom-made twin over-queen bunk beds. There is a gathering room just off the foyer that makes for a great second living area. The gathering room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and an LCD TV. There is a full bar complete with a sink, glassware, and a stand-alone ice maker. The living area is next to the gathering area and features a sofa, a love seat, and two sitting chairs. This area has floor-to-ceiling fixed windows offering fantastic views of the Emerald Coast. There's also an LCD TV and a surround sound system for entertainment in the living area. The dining area is just across from living area and features a glass top dining table with a unique natural wood base that can only be fully appreciated in person. The dining table seats ten comfortably. It sits next to the floor-to-ceiling glass that has the sliding glass doors, which grant access to the spacious balcony with comfortable stylish seating. The gourmet kitchen offers granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, a large pantry, and all the cookware and dinnerware you need to prepare meals if you decide to dine in. SECOND FLOOR Take the travertine stairs up to the second level and you will find the master suite, two guest bedrooms, and the guest bathroom. The master suite stretches all the way across the beach facing portion of the upstairs. There is a private balcony on the end with king bed and a viewing area with fixed glass windows complete with a garden tub perfect for soaking and soaking up the view on the other. The master bath has dual vanities set in granite and a huge walk-in shower done in travertine that has a seat and two shower heads with controls. Both guest bedrooms are very spacious and have king beds, LCD TVs, and alarm clocks with built-in iPhone chargers. The guest bedrooms are both tastefully appointed and share the guest bathroom located just steps away. The guest bathroom has dual vanities set in granite, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The pros - condo was very clean and spacious, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels, large dining table, gorgeous view from the balcony of the beach and Gulf; assessable, to golf, shopping, and restaurants. Condo contained a beach umbrella, and a boogie board and a few infant items.
The cons - all mattresses need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable and we did not feel rested in the morning. One out of three elevators were out of order the whole week which made for some long waits. Access to the beach was not kid friendly or handicap assessable - made it difficult to take children down multiple steps with all the beach gear. Wouldn’t advise paying the $50 a day for the two beach chairs and umbrella. The beach chairs were very narrow and uncomfortable. The indoor pool is connected to the outdoor pool, therefore when it storms, you are not allowed to use any of the pool facilities.
Overall, the 11 of us - ranging from 1 to 63 enjoyed our stay, and would return if new mattresses were provided. The condo was very lovely and we had a great time.

The space was wonderful. We was there without a washer ten entire stay and the dryer didn’t work at first maintenance came and fixed the dryer along side of my dad’s assistance. The air conditioner leaked under the closet door. I was fearful that my elderly mother would slip and fall so I was concerned and constantly wiping up the water.

Beautiful views and a fabulous place to stay. Everything was comfortable and well appointed but some of the main floor furniture was a bit tired (mainly the living room). Otherwise we loved everything about our stay!

My kids, grandkids and I thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation at your beautiful condo. We were happy to find this rental. Our Southwest flight from Milwaukee to Orlando was suddenly canceled on December 27. So instead of a Disney vacation—-we decided to drive to Destin.( arriving on December 28). Our grocery list was extensive ( including all spices). Other than that— we experienced a fabulous beach vacation at your beautiful condo. Thank you.

My husband and I wanted somewhere we could stay with our family and this had enough space for everyone that we invited. The only thing that I did notice is that some of the furniture needs to be update or cleaned really well. Other than that it was awesome and the view was amazing!

This property was so large! It provided everything I needed for my family. Everyone had all the space they needed to feel very comfortable! If I were to go back I would want the exact same accommodations! Thank You VRBO!

Amazing views, but the interior could use a buff.
This place offered amazing views of the beach. The water was absolutely gorgeous when we went. We did have to cross the street to get to the beach, which we were unaware of because this is listed as a beachfront property, but it really did not make a difference as the walk was short. My knocks on this penthouse are that the furniture seemed a bit outdated for the price that we paid, the dishwasher racks were broken and difficult to use, and the oven never cooked anything under the appropriate time frames (we constantly had to cook our food longer, sometimes twice as long, in order for it to be cooked properly). There was a light in the entryway that intermittently blinked also. I have seen some other people complain of this, and it seems like these items aren’t being addressed. I would stay here again, But not until these items are addressed. If I am paying for a penthouse, I want everything to be in full working order.

TLCVIP EVENT
⭐️🥂We rented 7 penthouses for our event and this was the most well appointed property. The furnishings were amazing, the property was spotless, the wifi fast for streaming live video footage without interruption. Now let’s talk about the view. This side of HEAVEN the very best it gets. The energy off the ocean is hypnotic!❤️

Beautiful condo and location
This is a beautiful condo as shown in the pictures. There were a couple cosmetic things, i.e. cracked mirror, broken spindle on seat, marks on patio cushions, but nothing that was a huge deal. I would most definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for our family and allowed for a much needed relaxing vacation. Be sure to check out the hot tub, it's amazing!
If you like to cook you might want to bring your own knife and pan. All essentials are provided but we just needed a sharp knife and bigger pan.
Just go, you won't be disappointed.

Great trip with family
We were extremely pleased with this property. Everything was convenient location wise. We were able to easily get to restaurants as well as cook at "home". We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

This is the ideal location for everything vacationers could want. Several small things didn’t work during our stay however the property managers and maintenance were prompt, helpful and accommodating. I would stay again if I ever have a need for such a large condo!

Now some issues: the 3rd parking pass I had requested 5 days in advance was not there on arrival. Call 005 number and was first given the run around that 2 was all we get then read them the agreement and was ensured that housekeeping would bring one in the morning. Next morn, it didn't happen. Had to pay for one at the HOA office. Sunday around 11:30 housekeeping showed with pass.
Clean Crew needs to be replaced. Soiled panty line stuck on toilet down stairs , Soap scum in Master Tub, Tooth paste residue left in master bath sink, floor were sandy and dirty. food residue under dining table edges. (glass top easy to see) Unknow pill found on rug of guest bedroom. could go on, but you get the message.
it would have been a five star experience if the place had been clean.

Perfect Spring Break!
The condo was amazing! The accommodations are exactly as pictured. We travelled with 4 adults and 6 kids and had PLENTY of room. We never felt like we were crowded on top of each other. The place was immaculate upon arrival and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The app is a great addition to the rental property. The pool was perfect for those days we didn’t go to the beach, and the sunsets from the balconies were breathtaking! We will definitely book here again!

The two story condo is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the indoor pool as well as the close proximity to the beach. We love to cook and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds are soft and comfortable, even for those with back pain. Most of the bedrooms are upstairs so this might be important to know for some. Only the bedroom with the bunk beds is downstairs. Also plan to bring your own beach towels and chairs.

Good space
We loved our stay at the Majestic Sun. The penthouse condo was perfect space for our family. Beautiful views and easy access to the beach. We also loved the heated pool. Overall our stay was perfect but a few things need improvement; better vacuum to keep up with the sand( it had the worst old Hoover vacuum) and the showers need a good cleaning ( looked liked black mold on the tile wall in the master shower).
