Exact location is "hidden" until a booking is confirmed for privacy, but we are just six houses from the sand, not next to the freeway as the "hidden" locator would indicate. We require a completed application to approve a reservation request to ensure that your trip expectations are compatible with our neighbors' desire for a quiet residential neighborhood. A completed application must be returned via VRBO within 24 hours of your request. We are located on one of the nicest lanes in the Pierpont area, with one of the widest stretches of sand in the Pierpont area, close to the volleyball courts at the State Beach, immediate access to the coastal bike/running path and close to retail amenities on South Seaward. The house sleeps ten in beds; spacious rooms with great views throughout. Up to two additional children under five are allowed but no separate beds provided.
