About this condo rental
Situated in Dollar Point, this attractive condo for $263 per night is a great option for your next break. **PETS PROHIBITED** This remodeled townhouse combines beauty and functionality for a relaxed way to experience Lake Tahoe. Enjoy all-season fun with easy access to winter activities, and excellent restaurants and shopping. Enjoy the harbor view and sounds of the waterfalls in the Spring while resting on the large deck directly off the living area. The deck table, chairs, umbrella and a Weber gas BBQ add to your enjoyment of the Tahoe summer. Stairs off this deck allow you to explore the harbor area and walk to your own private boat slip.* The sunken living area is highlighted by a floor-to-ceiling wood-burning stone fireplace. There is high speed internet and a 55" OLED television with a DVD. Cable TV is available on two TVs. The kitchen features warm alder cabinets and moldings, new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a large shower. There is a small electric fireplace for soothing ambiance. A deck with views of the harbor, waterfalls and trees is located off this bedroom. The second upstairs bedroom has a Twin-over-Double bunk bed and an adjacent full bath. A small deck off this second bedroom offers a peek of the lake. Large skylights are in both upstairs bathrooms. Off the main level, there is a third bedroom with Double bed and adjacent half bath. The complex features its own private pier into Lake Tahoe, pool, tennis courts and there is a small rocky beach. There is easy access to many walking and bike paths. *THIS CONDO HAS A SLIP OR BUOY FOR YOUR BOAT WITH PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS AT THE HARBOR MASTER'S DISCRETION, ALSO DEPENDENT ON SUFFICIENT WATER LEVEL.* Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - Downstairs, Double Bed Bedroom 2 - Upstairs Master, Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - Upstairs, Bunk Bed with Twin-over-Double Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Our properties do not have air conditioning. BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day) CHAINS OR SNOW TIRES ARE OFTEN REQUIRED IN WINTER. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ OUR WINTER DISCLOSURE, PROVIDED WITH A RENTAL CONTRACT ONCE A RESERVATION IS MADE. ON MARCH 11TH 2022, THE COUNTY OF PLACER IMPLEMENTED A NEW SHORT TERM RENTAL ORDINANCE WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR GUESTS TO ABIDE BY. FINES RANGE FROM $1,500- 5,000 AND CAN BE ISSUED TO GUESTS WHO ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE. A FULL LIST OF RULES IS ATTACHED AS A PHOTO IN THIS LISTING. Comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a great stay! When there was a little problem with the heat, the property manager had someone out right away to fix it which we appreciated.
There are some spaces with tiled floors, so we were glad to have our slippers on a winter visit. Also, there are several sets of stairs in the unit – some only 2-3 steps- and they are all well lit and have handrails. I mention it not as a criticism, but just because if someone has mobility issues, it’s probably good to know what you’re getting into!

We spent 3 pleasant nights at this very comfortable town house. All amenities were available as expected and were in perfect working order. The house is in a great shape and furnished with taste. All rooms and bathrooms were clean. Communication by the Hauserman Rental Group was spot on and timely. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to repeating the experience later in the season.

Beautifully updated condo that was the exact same floor plan as the one we grew up in. Hausermann did a great job, the check in/out process was flawless. No problems other than a full timer that monopolized 4 parking spots, leaving sparse spots for us.

Right over the lagoon, next to the waterfall was beautiful scene. The unit was exceptionally clean, and plentiful of condiments and utensils. Although next time I will bring my own knife sharpener. I already mentioned this to the great staff in the office, but you see that rocker chair to the left in the picture?. I almost split the back of my head open when I sat in it, and if flipped backwards just missing the edge of the rock fireplace. Needs to be gone.Other than that, we loved the place, but would have to rent another unit because the bedroom upstairs is designed for kids, and I don't have any youngsters. They be all grown up.

The rental unit was in great condition. Very nice condo. That was fortunate since we had to stay inside most of the time due to a snowstorm.We got discount for lift tickets for Palisades, but that was of no use since Hauserman sent the booking code only 2 days before our arrival.

My experience was great we had a great time the home was beautiful really loved the kitchen because I love cooking and I also loved that we didn’t have to go to far to snow tub and the home came with snow sleds pretty much everything we needed during our stay.

This unit was the very first unit we ever stay in at Star Harbor. We bring out boat so its nice to see our boat in the slip. It would be nice to have a few more towels for the place. The place is stocked good with basics.

The bedroom and bathrooms are all very nice, the kitchen is small but everything is new and nice, and the living/family room area is really cozy. The development is SO nice, great pool, paths around the area and down to the water, sandy areas of the beach, and a playground nearby...great for families to explore but not leave the general vicinity. Only minor comments would be that the deck could use a good cleaning (has normal summer/use build-up on the furniture and ground) and if you have young kids, be aware that there are lots of stairs both in the condo and outside, so be prepared to watch them.

The ideal place to stay if bringing along your boat! The slips are in view from the condo and adjacent to the Lake Forest boat ramp. There is usually parking for your trailer on the property which is also convenient. We loved the location!
