The unit was just the right size for four adults. The back of the unit faces the ocean and graces you with a beautiful sunrise each day. It is centrally located and convenient to the rest of the keys. The host is excellent and goes above and beyond to make his guests comfortable and happy. One of the best rentals ever!

This spot is beautiful and very relaxing. We prefer spaces that are a bit more walkable, lots to do in the keys but it felt like we needed to drive everywhere.

Gorgeous view from balcony. Lovely immunities including sparking pool, new gym and yoga room. Take the kayak to a little island in your own lagoon. Owner was attentive and accessible when needed.

In town for a father/daughter diving trip and the place was great. More than enough space, great location and close to lots of restaurants, shops, etc. Enjoyed the pool all to ourselves on our off diving day. Would definitely stay again.

Overall a nice property...construction to install columns under all balconies had started which gave limited access to beach area.Owner gave us a gift certificate to go to dinner which was nice. Kayak use was a nice plus and pool was wonderful.....We brought our own towels and put the towels provided right back in place upon leaving.The staff at the condo were very nice.Access with fobs was actually very easy.

We had a great time visiting the Keys. The condo was spacious and clean, and the owners were a delight to deal with. We would definitely stay there again, if we were to revisit the area. Wonderful vacation!!

Much of the property has been revitalized, but the mail building needs work. Small metal posts were supporting the balconies of nearly every unit. Seems like the main building structure should have been taken care of before the weight room and entertainment areas. Using the balconies seemed a little iffy.

Property was as expected. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful to sit and watch from our balcony. Pool area, corn hole and game room provided family fun. Host was welcoming and we very much enjoyed the passes to Founders Park!

We recently stayed at this beautiful condo located close to everything you need. The condo was spacious and comfortable with breathtaking views from every room. Our family enjoyed the pool and kayaking to a small island was so much fun. The on-site gym was a big hit with the whole family. Mike was easy to communicate with and answered my questions quickly. You wi t be disappointed renting this condo! All you really need is your swimsuit and toothbrush! We plan to stay here again!

Quietest property we have stayed at. Nice gym, nice pool, nice view. No beach but did kayak. A little smelly when tide is out. Perfect location. Everything we needed was there, little dated but nice. Will be back for sure.

Great communication from the owners. Property is well equipped and you can't beat the view. It was nice and quiet the week we were there and most of the time we had the beach to ourselves or just a couple other people. Game room and fitness room are also a huge plus. Beds are very comfortable. Would definitely go back.

Truly Paradise!!! Laid back and relaxing location with the feel of having your own private beach. Mike was amazing to work with through the whole process!! Highly recommend especially if you are looking for a peaceful escape!!!

The Seagulls condominiums has nice amenities and is well-maintained. Michael, the owner of the specific condo I rented, was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my emails. The condo was well-appointed, with ample kitchen supplies, comfortable furniture, and a beautiful lanai overlooking the ocean.

Best view of ocean life. Condo is very clean and comfortable. Michael is an exceptional caring host. Location is quite and close to all other Keys. Founders Park pass was an extra bonus. Awesome Park with beach, huge pool, marina, concerts, lots more. So much to see and do ! and Eat! Great place for Foodies. This property was under construction and the owner made it out to be no big deal as we were woke up at 715 every morning with the boom trucks right under our balcony we paid for a screened in balcony and there was no screen there. The owner said it was out of his hands if he doesn’t have control over it who does get real I don’t like dishonest people Think twice about renting this property do your research

Ocebatfront condo on the 5th floor. All amenities provided, including Beach chairs and beach toys for the guests. Even have a 2 person kayak. Nice surroundings, quiet area. Great hosts, very responsive and kind. 25 minutes to Coral Reef states park. 2hrs to Key West.

Stayed a week and the sunrises are spectacular from this condo. We kayaked nearly every day and saw dolphins, sharks (only little ones!), a manatee, lots of birds and caught (and released) many types of fish. Location is great. Property owner was easy to work with and very accommodating.

The owners of this unit could not have been nicer and the management was easy to communicate with. The construction on the exterior could have been disruptive but we were busy off site during the day so it wasn't a problem for us. Only suggestion I would have is some mattress toppers for the small bedroom but the unit was clean, well located, good kitchen stock for those who might want to cook (we didn't but I appreciate that it was well done)! We enjoyed the kayak and the sunrise was spectacular!

Our family enjoyed this condo. It is a great location and a gorgeous view. We had a bit of trouble getting the key fab to the common spaces but it all worked out. Our family loved the heated pool on site and the game room.

The pictures online appears to be a bit nicer than the actual condo. The living room furniture was clean and comfortable, however everything else was worn out. Too much furniture in the master bedroom. Comforters and towels are faded and need to be replaced as well as bathroom rug. Mattresses are swayed and hard.... need to be replaced. Furniture on deck was extremely dirty and mildewed. We did, however love the view, the pool and the kayak!

The whole experience was seamless...from making the reservation, checking in, to checking out. The owner, Michael, always made himself readily available and responded promptly during communication with him. The property itself was incredible. It was clean and well kept. It had everything needed to make the vacation a success. The view off the back balcony was incredible!! It was also screened which was nice during the evenings for keeping any bugs out. The property had an exercise room, laundry room (directly across the hall from this condo), and a nice size pool which was well kept and cleaned every day. The use of the 2 person kayak was a bonus. The location of the condo was excellent. It was only minutes drive to numerous restaurants, shops, etc (breweries are our thing and it was only a 15min drive to the only 2 breweries in the Keys) I would definitely recommend this property and we can't wait to return. Hopefully next year or sooner.

Mike was a great host, nice and helpful. The condo was in a perfect location, the view was awesome! We could see manatees from the balcony, the condo has great amenities, gym, ping pong table and a very nice pool by the ocean. The apartment is very comfy and organized, has everything you need to. We really loved our stay and we want to come back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mike's place in Tavernier. The unit is nicely furnished and decorated and there was plenty of room for the four of us - it was a great place to come back to after a day of diving or being out and about. Loved the peaceful views from the balcony. Everything was clean, up-to-date in working order, and we had all the supplies we needed. The outer areas, lobby and common areas are very well maintained too! Thank you, Mike, for being a gracious, responsive, and accommodating host! We hope to be back again soon.

The condo was clean and we had everything we needed. The beds were okay. The location was great, we LOVED the beach area and the ability to use the kayak. It was quiet yet close to fun activities and great restaurants. Our biggest issue was that we were not told that the pool was under construction. That was quite disappointing.

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! 5 stars all the way! Michael was the perfect host and always was prompt in answering all my concerns or questions! The view from the screened in balcony was amazing! That’s where we spent most of our time when not out exploring the keys! We enjoyed most of our meals on the balcony! Condo was supplied with everything we possibly needed! Beds was very comfortable and it was so peaceful and quiet all the time! The only negative thing was the pool was not open from repairs being delayed but Michael was very apologetic and gave us a dining gift card at a wonderful restaurant because of this disappointment! We did make several visit to the beach at founders park and used the free pass that Michael provided! It was wonderful as well! We also enjoyed using the kayak that was provided!We had a great time and we definitely plan on coming back to this condo at Sea Gulls! I highly recommend Michaels Condo!
