Huge terrace! Right on the water with unobstructed views! Accessible from every room! Spacious and clean. Fully Renovated. Peaceful and away from the highway, yet near everything! Sleeps 4 people. Enjoy the large heated beachside pool, right on the ocean. Feel free to use our 2-person kayak, as well as access to the beautiful nearby Founders Park. Visit one of the many water-front bars and restaurants. Oceanfront mm 90, Tavernier Key. Books up very quickly. Reserve early!

What a gem, we had an absolute blast! We enjoyed the pool, the private beach and the tandom kayak that we fished from and caught barracuda and tarpon. A beautiful view and centrally located next to market/plaza. Having coin laundry steps away from out door and a well stocked kitchen was key, as we enjoy cooking because we get tired of eating out. The host was very pleasant to deal with and provided tons of information for the property as well as the area. Can't wait to return. Thank you so much Michael.

Secluded location good. Views amazing. Floor plan great. Pool excellent. Amenities great. The Kayak needs work. The overall condo could use TLC and handyman work. Looks like it has been a bit let go for the price. Overall experience was very good.

Overall, the property is exactly as listed in the description. Location is great and in a safe area. The view from the unit was as described ... lovely. When we first entered my initial impression was wow...this place is clean. However, as the days progressed, I realized the "clean" was more of a surface clean. For example, tiles in the shower floor had pink discoloration from bacteria which can happen in bathrooms. It wiped off easily with toilet paper but what it did tell me is they aren't cleaning well enough. The backs of several of the doors were smudged/dirty. The hall closet had significant build of dust on the slats. Did the world come to an end because of this no but the cleaning services could pay more attention to the details. When I asked my husband his thoughts, he just said the unit was very dated. Dated in that it looks like someone bought it in the 90's, put in furniture and hadn't reinvested in the property since then. Of course, my husband would notice things from a home maintenance side. The owners could upgrade some simple things in this unit to make it more up to date and this unit would be phenomenal. The owners were prompt, communicative and kind. Not at all saying don't rent this unit but it could be so much more. Only other thing my husband noticed with the freezer didn't get cold enough to keep popsicles frozen. So overall, if you need a home base while in the Keys, with a lovely view and fairly affordable then this unit is perfect.
