Built in the 1930's this Spanish Mediterranean Hollywood gem has been updated to today's contemporary taste including 6 flat panel TV's. Come, stay and feel like a true celebrity in this private classic Hollywood style home. The first floor offers a great large living room with a wood burning fireplace, a full built in wet bar, TV alcove with a large flat panel Smart HDTV. It has 5 arched windows for plenty of natural light and French doors leading to a private courtyard with a water fountain and lush landscaping. It offers a formal dining room with seating for 8 to 10 and a wood burning fireplace. Adjacent is a well equipped large gourmet kitchen with new appliances and an off to the side laundry room and pantry. One bedroom is located on the first floor with a queen bed, a flat panel TV and an en-suite bathroom. A beautiful wrought iron staircase leads you to the second floor where you will find 3 bedrooms each accommodating 2 guests. The master bedroom includes a California king size bed, a sitting area with views of downtown Los Angeles, a large flat panel TV screen, a wood burning fireplace and an en-suite bath with separate shower and tub. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, a sitting area, a flat panel TV screen and french doors leading to a balcony with views of the fountain and tiled courtyard. The third bedroom offers a full size bed and access to the balcony overlooking the courtyard. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom in the hallway with a large frame-less glass enclosed shower. The exterior of this Spanish Mediterranean compound offers mature landscape with a variety of shaded trees and plants. It has a beautiful lagoon style pool with a hot tub and cabana. It also has an outdoor grilling area. This beautiful historic Hollywood Hills home has everything to offer for a perfect family vacation. Come experience a taste of Hollywood. Small dogs welcome ! We had a lovely time staying at this house! Roland was a wonderful host, and we were so fortunate to enjoy this lovely glamorous but very comfortable property. Highlights were the beautiful patio and fountain, gorgeous bar and living room, comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen. Fun place to spend a warm, CA Christmas. Perfect location, so close to so much Hollywood but quiet at the house. Great heated pool and close access to canyon hiking! Plan to come back as soon as we can!

This is an amazing property. Built in 1938, this place has tons of character and charm. It is also thoroughly updated without losing its warmth and historical detail. So comfy! Wonderful kitchen. Comfy beds. Beautiful interior courtyard and nice small swimming pool and hot tub and additional outdoor area for grilling! The location is close to everything, but it seems a world away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended!!

Amazing home and host!
We had a fabulous time at Roland's home. The pool and hot tub were perfect, the property was immaculate and we had everything we needed. Love the care taken to have essentials stocked in the kitchen. Check in was in person, detailed and very helpful. Roland was always available to help us. Wish we could have stayed forever!

Roland’s home is a stunner. There’s incredible charm and character in every detail. The location is central to pretty much everything and the house is very private and quiet. Roland was a very communicative host and answered any questions we had via text immediately. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great Family Getaway!
This was a wonderful getaway for our family of 7 adults. Plenty of room to spread out throughout the property, or get together as a group to play games in the living room, enjoy a drink in the bar, watch a movie on the veranda, or lounge by the pool. We NEVER left! Fun and easy isolation from the craziness going on in the world today. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in the gourmet kitchen - plenty of room for everyone to participate in the preparation. Roland was a gracious host and let us do our own thing. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in a great Hollywood Hills escape!

An Amazing Stay
This was such a wonderful getaway from home. Once we set foot on the property, we felt like we were in another world and truly away with our family. The outside spaces were wonderful to have family dinners, relaxed conversations, and moments alone to refocus and be present. The pool was fun and the jacuzzi was relaxing.
The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, cookware, and dishes just another area to create beautiful memories. The TV and living rooms allowed for us to enjoy one another as well. The property manager was delightful and helpful. We had an excellent stay. I would recommend this home to everyone.

One of the best VRBO experiences we have had. The property is very unique. It is perfect for both small and large groups. The owner of the property is great and contributes to the wonderful experience. This property will be our top choice for any long or short future stays in the Hollywood Hills/West Hollywood area.

Beautiful home and pool, my teenage kids loved it. Kitchen was updated and amazing! Used the BBQ grill as well- very nice.
