Gorgeous renovation of a Historic garden level apartment on Oglethorpe Avenue. Amazing collection of artwork and designer furnishings to make your surroundings as artfully inspiring inside as the city itself is outside. No stairs! Both Bedrooms have Queen size beds Private laundry $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home. Super convenient! If you do not wish to use our off street parking space or have additional vehicles, parking is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone. Guests please note: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. The location was excellent as it was within walking distance of everything. However, the listing should have disclosed that a restaurant is right next door. I did not expect to have restaurant customers sitting right outside my bedroom and living room windows. The property was well set up but needs a deep clean. The appliances were loud and cannot be run at night.

The bedrooms were very small, one didn't have a dresser or closest. There was no drain plug for the tub, so you could only take showers, another rack for wash cloths and hand towels is needed near the sink and the bricks on the patio were falling into a hole (extreme trip hazard). This was my first stay in Savannah, so it is possible extremely small bedrooms are the norm. This property is across the street from a fire house, but the siren's weren't loud enough to wake you at night (the bedrooms are on the other side of the house). There is a Thai restaurant next door - their tables are right against the windows in 1 bedroom and the living room.

I loved the location of this property! It was so convenient to walk to all of the main attractions of Savannah, and the off-street parking spot was a huge plus. We were able to park and walk or Uber everywhere we wanted! There is a restaurant next door, but there was only one day where the noise was a little distracting. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning soon!

It was a lovely, little apartment. Very clean and close to everything! The only other thing I’d like to add is that if you’re a light sleeper/enjoy sleeping in, it’s loud early there.

It's about a 10 minute walk to River Street and 15 mins from Forsyth. Was super convenient to have a place to come drop our stuff or cool down before heading out. The second bedroom is definitely a little small and not a lot of storage, but not a both for staying a day or two. Highly recommend. The only thing I will flag are that if you aren't used to apartment-living, the foot noise from upstairs might be bothersome.

This property worked very well for our family weekend getaway. It's located on a main thoroughfare in the historic district in easy walking distance from multiple scenic squares/parks, historic sites, good restaurants, and Leopold's Ice Cream. The off-street parking space behind the property was a big plus, but we walked everywhere except one trip to the grocery store (about five minutes drive away). One thing that could be improved is the living room seating. The chairs are different from those pictured, not very comfortable, and there were no ottomans.

My daughter and I loved this property. It was even better and larger than the picture posted on the site. More than enough common space for the two of us. Four people would be very comfortable.
We wanted 2 Queen bedrooms. And we got that, but one of the bedrooms was a bit small if a couple was going to be staying in it.
So close to everything! Having a trolley stop nearby is an extra bonus.
We attended a family wedding at the Perry Lane hotel and it was only a 3 minute walk. The neighborhood feels very safe.
We love Savannah and would stay at this property again.

5 stars overall. The only reason i gave a 4 star was because the bedroom walls were a little dusty due to the wall vent.
Communication with the owner was fast and easy. All check in and checkout instructions were easy and clear. We thought the location was perfect. This place also came with its own parking spot for a small 1 time fee.

The house was as described and met our needs while staying in the city. Cleanliness was good, but paint could use some freshening up in the bathroom to help with overall feel of being clean. The bathroom is small with very little storage space. Would be helpful to have a spot in the bedroom for doing hair and makeup - there was no mirror in the room across from the bathroom to aid with this.
We loved the location and once we arrived did not use our car again until we left. Plenty of restaurants close by and very convenient for any walking tours of the historic district. River St is a short 10 minute walk away too.

I have stayed many times in Savannah- however this time was such a pleasure because of this wonderful rental. The owner/operator was so quick to respond to any and all my questions, the property is located centrally and makes it easy to walk to anywhere and the parking space is a dream! I LOVED staying here and will DEFINITELY be back!

Enjoyed the location being close to the riverfront.
The apartment could use a heavy cleaning around wall vents and walls along with base boards.
Overall, good experience and would definitely book again.

Very convenient to historic downtown Savannah. Although across the street from the fire station, we never heard the engines come and go. The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. Everything you need to enjoy your stay was in the unit. Host was responsive and available to requests. Parking right out the back door.

The pictures are clearly from an earlier time - the appliances and chairs in the living room have changed. The new frig does not have an ice dispenser in the door but there are ice cube trays filled in the freezer.
As a note, the first bedroom does not have a HVAC vent but does have a stand alone AC that I did not use but would provide cooling and a fan. The kitchen is well appointed, the parking spot in back is a life saver and the beds were comfy.
The location cannot be beat. Walk out your front door and head to the park. I felt perfectly safe walking the squares and the riverfront before dawn.
The rental company has a great interactive display with a map, description of attractions and allowed online checkout. The minor differences from the pictures are inconsequential and we would definitely stay here again.

Baseboards & windowsills haven't been dusted/cleaned in months if not longer, microwave was rusted inside, oven was from the 70's --burners not working and the inside was dirty. Poufs in picture are firm on legs--in person, they were literally flat and not poufs at all. The 2 white chairs in the pics--not there--much less comfortable chairs are in the living room. However, two pluses--Location was excellent to prime attractions and the $15 parking spot.

This property was perfect for our stay. Within walking distance for everything we wanted to do and see, and we did a lot!
Comfortable beds and bedding were welcomed after our full days. Even though we did not use it, there is a patio area in back. It needs a little TLC, but the property description did mention that, so there was no unexpected surprise. It could certainly be enjoyed though. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to beautiful Savannah!

We loved the location, the ambiance and art . The property is a little quirky as there is no closet or storage in one of the bedrooms. We did not receive our check in package but VRBO helped us out directly with that. We'd stay there again though simply for the location.

Easy to book. Everything was exactly as told. Very nice and clean. Great location. The only things I would change is I would put alarm clocks and small televisions in bedrooms. In master a bigger nightstand. Needed a table beside beds for a
C-PAC machine.

We stayed here for three days at the tail end of our multi-city trip around the southeast and could not have been happier. This apartment was in the perfect location where we could walk everywhere; we didn’t touch the car at all until we were headed home. The place itself was comfortable and clean, a nice respite from the southern heat at the end of a long day in town. If and when we come back to Savannah, this place will be at the top of my list.

Pleasant experience
The experience was pleasant overall. Very cozy space, centric to the historic district. Very convenient for walking around. Space seemed smaller than in the photos.

Great place!
The location can't be beat. Everything is within walking distance and having parking available on site is a nice perk. Beds were comfortable and the place was really nice. Kitchen looked stocked though we ate our meals out so we didn't really use the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property and location!
This worked perfectly for us! Very easy to get around, parking spot was a plus and we barely moved the car. Fire station across the street was really very quiet. It never woke us up. Upstairs neighbors were on the stompy side but luckily weren’t there much. We also cooked while there for a week. Kitchen had enough to get the job done. Very pleased!

My sister opened a new store on Whittaker and it was so great to be in walking distance our entire trip to not just her store but EVERYWHERE! Awesome location plus the parking is a huge plus. Will stay again in the future !

The location was great! The parking pad was a HUGE bonus and selling point for us. It was myself and my aunt visiting, and we felt secure and safe the entire time. The kitchen was ready for us to cook breakfast. The bathroom had clean towels and soaps. The beds were a little too firm for us and only one bedroom had a fan, but otherwise fine. The only real complaint was the cleaning service missed a lot in the bathroom and was not very clean. Other than that, we loved our stay in Savannah.
