Great location - walking distance to various historical temples and localities. Easy access to metro and bus. Very helpful staff.
Room was a bit small, the kitchen facilities were inadequate with little or no cooking vessels.

-The location is great with a bus stop right outside and Familymart across the road.
-The hotel has a service center near Kyoto Station and they offer free services to deliver luggages to your hotel before checkin
- A bit far if walk to Gion or the central area (about 20-25 minutes) but you can take direct bus there which is faster.
- The airconditioner is right ahead of the bed so we have to switch our posture in order not to get too cold

15 min walking distance to Kiyomizu dera and historic streets of Kyoto. Bus stop is near. Room is large and clean. There is a small kitchen in the room. Air condition works well.
