They provide reusable water bottles free of charge. You can refill water and some soft drinks (and coffee) in the lobby for free.
The staff were very helpful. You can leave your luggage with them on the day of checkout.
The laundary is not functioning well. Our clothes didn't smell fresh afterward, and the dryer was also not working properly.

Location to the Otani Hombro and Kiyomizu-Deru temples is very convenient. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet.
The bed in my room was the most uncomfortable! It’s dated with no plushness whatsoever; it was like sleeping directly on top of the wooden slatted support that the “mattress” was laying on. Most restaurants close early.
