About this cottage rental
Located in Point Judith, this charming cottage for $275 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath modern cottage is located at Breakwater Village . Your private beach is less than a 5 min walk from the rental. This house is fully equipped and supplied with your every day needs including wireless high speed Internet and a Roku ( streaming ) TV in all the rooms. A/C is provide from a Mitsubishi mini split system also. An outdoor heated enclosed shower is a great addition for a rinse after the beach. This house even includes its own private beach, which is only a 5 minute walk away! It has two bedrooms with a double bed in 1 room and 2 single beds in the other. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper. With only a few steps to a full water view, you are sure to relax to a spectacular sunrise or sunset over the ocean. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Hello, Thanks for taking the time to view this property. 2021 brings new paint to the inside of the house, along with new furniture and an updated enclosed outdoor shower! Wireless high speed internet has also been added. The house is kept in great condition with everything up to date. If the week your looking for is not available, please email anyways, have friends with houses in the same area. No animals allowed. Only service dogs with the correct paperwork. There are no linens/ pillows or comforters supplied with the house. Linen companies are available in the area that supply everything you need for a nice enjoyable vacation

House is exactly as advertised - clean and comfortable! The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, and cannot beat the location. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk (even w young kids) and it’s beautiful! The owner is super responsive - but we didn’t have any issues. Would stay again!

This cottage was perfect for a week by the sea. Everything was as advertised, clean as a whistle, comfortable and secure, a kitchen full of everything you need, and minutes to the beach. It was our first time staying in a beach community such as Breakwater and we really liked the small community vibe. The outdoor hot shower was a winner as well. We hope to come again. Thanks Steve for maintaining a cool place, and thanks for great communication.

Beautifully maintained. Perfect for a couple or a small family. One room has bunk beds. Beautiful outdoor shower, nice East facing deck, WiFi, tons of counter space and accouterments for cooking, raised bartop with 4 stools off the back of the kitchen penisula, blender. Who wants a Pina cola?

Very Clean, owner very communicative. Nice walking nearby, everything up to date. Only issue is having to bring bedding. Would go back!!

I stayed in Stephen’s cottage with my husband and two sons (3 years and 1 year). It was absolutely perfect for our group. It’s tough to stay in a hotel with such little ones and this house gave us all the comforts of home in our vacation. It was clean and the main living space was spacious for the its small size. The house is just about a five minute walk to a lovely private beach that was great for our little guys. This location was perfect for us. Stephen was friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this home.

We just came back from a weekend trip to Point Judith and couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay ! Stephen made the booking process very easy and answered any questions I had. Check in was also seamless. The house was clean and updated and was the perfect size for four adults! It had everything we needed. The community it is located in was SO adorable and only a 2-3 minute walk to private beach. Everyone you passed was so friendly. We really enjoyed the deck and outdoor shower! We would HIGHLY recommend staying here and already are thinking of when we can come back!

We had an incredible time at this home for a long weekend! We came from Minnesota to spend a long weekend with our adult son. Steve was super easy to work with and was flexible and easy to contact. Timely responses! The home is decorated fantastic with a beach theme. Everything was in perfect working order. The neighborhood was quiet and the weather cooperated. Beach is a 3 min walk. Beautiful lighthouse and area. The area within 5 miles is great with fun places for a drink and meal. Newport was a fun quick trip too. We would definitely recommend this property to a small family or a getaway for a couple for the weekend. Thanks again to Steve for opening his home to our family.
