Locatie top, centraal Ruime kamer, goede bedden en moderne badkamer Koffie, snacks, frisdrank dagelijks aangevuld

Niet altijd schone handdoeken en zelfs oude gescheurde handdoeken. Geluid van de drukke straat zelfs met ramen dicht. Het kan je nachtrust behoorlijk verstoren als je hier gevoelig voor bent.

Sehr gute Lage und sehr aufmerksamer Host!!! Ich würde dieses Apartment zu 100% weiterempfehlen, das war auf unserer Italien Reise mit das beste!

Great hotel with good localization and staff, the room was very clean and always organized. Everyday they refilled the items that were free.

There were not signt at the front, It was a little bit tricky to find the location, the driver helped us.

It was just great, the owner really takes care, we had an issue with our flight and arrived to Rome later than expected and he was resolutive and prompt to help. Location couldn’t be better, perfect for visiting the city. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with many courtesy snaks and drinks. We have really enjoyed staying there.

Todo en general. La habitación siempre estaba muy muy limpia, y acogedora. La cama muy cómoda. Nos reponían, todos los días, el agua, un par de refrescos y snacks, sin costo alguno. Los empleados muy amables y atentos. Y la ubicación a dos minutos del coliseum. Para repetir.

Really clean (and re-cleaned every day!), and had everything we needed- aircon, tea and coffee and even snacks, lovely shower, comfy bed! Super close to the Colosseum and easy to walk everywhere. Thanks to Albert, Luca and everyone on the team!

The room was clean and nice. The accommodation is a short distance from the old Rome and there is a supermarket across the road where you can buy everything. Metro is near house. The staff was helpful and great

In the rooms we were missing at least two plates and a table where we could have breakfast.

The place is amazing. It has everything you need in a room, a really good bed, a really efficient AC while Rome was burning hot outside, the bathroom is modern, clean, the shower has a powerfully pressure which was really nice for a nice bath after a long day of tourist walking! Lucca and the staff are really helpful, they even fulfill the bar for free to you, and you can take your snacks as you want. The location is mind-blowing, near of really nice restaurants, cafés, and of course the Colosseum. It is a walking distance from the Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Piazza do Spagna, Altares della pátria. If you cross the street you have a metro station, a market with all your daily needs, and those electric mini vehicles you can app-rent to roll around Rome as well. I giving 10/10 to this facility, highly recommend.

Clean, location is very nice! Lots of shops around and restaurants. Owner Luca is very lovely. The cleaning services person was very helpful and sweet. It was very nice of this hotel to refill coffee and minibar every day🥹🫰🏻

Not a specific dislike, but If you are noise sensitive person you can hear neighbours sometimes very well. But at nights it was quiet ☺️

The location was wonderful, the rooms were roomy, and the complimentary soft drinks were a really nice touch. I would recommend this facility to anyone without mobility issues (getting in the door and up half a flight of stair to the elevator is a challenge). Couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

I enjoyed the location. We were right next to an ELITE grocery store, next to a souvenir shop, and around the corner from several restaurants, plus about 5-10 min walk from main attractions ( Collosium, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps) I thought it was a plus having drinks and snacks stocked in our room after room service! That was a very nice highlight to our stay! I loved the extra security of a pin code to get to your room! I traveled with my 2 teenage daughters so safety was huge for me! Plus Staff spoke very fluent English❤️

The one and only complaint I have is no elevators. 3 flight of steps to get to our room. We went on one of the Hottest weeks to Rome degrees of 120 feranhite. So climbing stairs was uncomfortable. But in Rome there is a lot of walking already.

Rooms are spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable, smart air conditioning, I personally liked that the air conditioning is not noisy and on all the time, very quiet at nighttime compared to a hotel for example, free snacks and minibar soft drinks/water - refilled daily, fridge in room, location very good near colosseum etc, all staff very helpful, cleaning team, reception etc, owner gives you a WhatsApp number to contact if you need help/recommendations etc

Didn’t see a breakfast option when booking - would have liked, printer doesn’t work at reception but there is printing options nearby if needed

The hotel is super clean, self checkin was easy. Location was less than 10mins from the Colosseo and easy to walk around the city.
