Clean, character, comfortable, quiet. Had an elevator to get to 5th floor. Great location
No early breakfast nearby. Had to walk 0.5km to closest patteseria

I loved the location, close to walk to many places.and Close to the metro.
I really liked how helpful the staff was. They helped us by using their phone to call out and print out important papers we needed right away.
I also like how good the AC was !
The shower head placement. I think it needs to be replaced also because it was just dropping water and it was hurting. We had to use the handheld one instead.

The room was exceedingly comfortable.
The hotel is in an ideal area: just a few minutes' walk to the Forum. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
I wanted to book a hotel with a balcony, and ours was wonderful.
During one of the hottest weeks in August I appreciated that the air conditioning was able to maintain a comfortable temperature.
The host, Francesco, was especially welcoming and helpful. He booked our taxi for the next (early) morning, which worked perfectly.
There was some street noise, but not more than you'd expect for this location. The windows were well insulated, so the sound was minimal.
