The location is perfect! The property was very clean, staff was helpful, and it felt very centrally located in Rome. The AC was a wonderful addition. We took a train from the airport to the main train station, and then walked to the hotel from there. It worked out perfectly.
I wasn't too familiar with the check in process being done that way as we had to send the owners photos of our passports, but I understand that that's how some places do it and it was completely safe and worked out!

location, cleanliness
Entry details need to be sent at least 1 week prior to arrival as due to internet issues on arrival we were unable to access our room (hadn’t been given access codes) or call the property.
