I can’t say enough about Anna. She was fantastic. She was so nice. The breakfast was so yummy. She was always there to answer my questions and have an espresso waiting. Our flight was delayed by a day and she had breakfast waiting for us.
The bathroom was small but that’s to expect in Rome. A couple of short flights of stairs to the room.

Location is great - within 80m of Coloseum. Very nice small restaurants in backstreets within 1 and 2 blocks.
Aircon is working very good!
Room is VERY small - photos does not show it as it is taken with wide-angle lens.
Very small amount of toiletries given, even for multi-day stay.
2 x single beds can not be moved together, and fitted with old type bedspray.
They give a small breakfast in the room (no restaurant or dining room available). Bfast only available from 08h30-10h00. So you can not enjoy bfast if you have early tour bookings in Rome.
No lift or assistance to upper floors for suitcases. Carry it yourselves.
They do not accept Amex credit cards for payments of city tax.
