The location was very central, which was super convenient for getting to and from the airport and exploring the city! Moreover, the staff always had a huge smile on their faces, and the breakfast was tasty and varied!
The elevator could certainly use some renovation, and the humidity took its toll inside the room. It was a bit too noisy since the fourth-floor room was under the terrace/restaurant.

Great location - such an iconic spot in the heart of Monti
Noisy location - very uninspiring interiors - breakfast was average - curtains barely closed and the rooms were super warm with no ability to change temp
