The restaurant food is very good, and the rooms are nice and have everything you need.
The pool has so much chlorine that your eyes sting when you submerge.

The property is so beautiful and comfortable! The staff is amazing! Renata was above and beyond helpful! We absolutely loved her! We visited many other hotels and nothing compares to how amazing this one is! It is cozy and cute. Good drinks and food. You can walk to town but since it is hot it might be a little far. We rented a car - it was so perfect having a car to explore everywhere. We can’t wait to come back ;)
Nothing! It was perfect!

Beautiful hotel and bedroom, hammock in the terrace, friendly staff who were helpful and provided many recommendations for what to do in the area, kayaks and SUPs available for free to explore the lagoon. There is a small pool, the restaurant service is available at all times and the view is beautiful from the hotel dock. 15 minute walk to downtown Bacalar.
The water pressure in the shower could be stronger, the little soap bars and cosmetic products could be of slightly higher quality. There are a few Wifi networks available, one worked very well but the main one provided through QR code did not.

The location, walking distance.
The balcony and the kayaks.
Staff attention, really nice.
Kayaks.
Lagoon.
Hot water lasts less than 5 minutes. Impossible to enjoy a hot shower.
Kids and pets, impossible to relax kids are crying, running, screaming and dogs barking through the day and night.
BREAKFAST SUCKS, an artificial juice, a little granola and a couple of fruit slices, not worth for the price.
Don't know how to prepare cocktails, and the prices are too expensive.
