Situated in South Forest Beach, this attractive villa for $225 per night is a great option for your next trip. Enjoy a beautiful ocean-view right from your private balcony in this oceanfront community. This nautical & beach themed villa is conveniently located on the second floor near the front of the building. Very tastefully decorated and newly remodeled. New 55' flatscreen TV in the living room and a 24' flatscreen TV in the bedroom. Very comfortable King Serta mattress purchased in January 2021. We provide high quality towels and sheets . We also have two nice sturdy beach chairs and two beach bikes for your use. There are many exquisite restaurants to choose from on Hilton Head, we have put together a good listing for you as well as some local attractions. But if you prefer to eat in, the kitchen is fully equipped with many extras, such as, a crockpot, blender, cookbooks and many more. There is a barbeque grill and picnic table on the grounds if you would prefer an outside dinner. We are locals who can help with any needs that may arise during your stay. We would like to help you with any extras that would make your stay more enjoyable. Is this vacation a special occasion, birthday, anniversary? Let us personalize the villa for you. We personally clean and maintain the villa ensuring the best possible accommodations. There is a starter package left for your convenience including dish detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, and starter toilet paper, trash bags and 2 coffee pods. Come relax on Hilton Head Island's finest beaches with everything so close, you may not want to leave! Seaside Villas is not pet friendly, the management company is very strict and there are $500.00 fees per day per pet. We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Our Seaside Villas experience was flawless. All the pictures and descriptions of the property were exactly as advertised. Anything you need is here. Kendall our host texted our access codes to the property gates and room early on our arrival day, which got our vacation off to a great start. The area is perfect, everything you can hope to do is close by and easily accessible. The hosts also offer bicycles, which we utilized each day on the many paved off road trails. We wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to having Kendall host us again. Kendall is top notch and I highly recommend her and her numerous properties.

My husband and I used this unit for our honeymoon location. We have stayed in Kendall’s properties during our previous stays at Hilton Head, and she never disappoints. Clean property conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Short walk to the beach and beach view from balcony. Very responsive, and super easy check-in process.

We were very happy with how clean the room was. The view was good and you could see the ocean. The only real issue was the mattress had two sunken places where you lay and this led to both of us having sore backs. Everything else was excellent!

Our host was very easy to work with, responsive, and accommodated all our requests. The unit is rather small, but comfortable. The only comment we have is that there could be more supplies in the kitchen, and the iron was broken-minor issues. Would certainly stay there again.

Overall, the place was small but clean. Online pictures make it look bigger than actual place. Kitchen and living room in same area. It is very close to the ocean, shops and restaurants. Internet speed slightly slow but ok. Roku TV limited with live channels/sports.

The condo was immaculate and well appointed. Nice side view of ocean. Easy walk to Coligny. Didn’t use the bikes as we spent our time at the golf tournament but they’d e great to use in this area. Owner very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nicely decorated with a cozy feel. Only thing better would be a small floor lamp by the couch or eating table so you can turn off the overhead lights. Will definitely be coming back, hopefully sooner rather than later!

The room was great and easy access to everything. The downside, when it said chairs on the beach we assumed it was the big wooden ones on the beach with big umbrellas, the ones at the room was small and had mold and mildew on them and the umbrella was partially broken. We loved everything but those few things would rent again!

The owners were available for questions & gave us updates on the day of check in as the condo was ready early. The condo was even better than expected. Great location in the building, near washers & dryers, close to stairs. There were several extras including beach toys, boards, chairs, umbrella, board games, books, and more than I can list. Great location to the beach and little shops. Owner was really easy to communicate with. Bikes were so fun to have to shop or just ride on the beach. Only request would have been a kitchen towel and bath mat be provided. Other than that great place for a relaxing get away

We drove hours to get to HH , once we were there we did everything by foot. The markets, the beach, restaurants and parks are all walking distance. The condo had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Super clean and owners were easily accessible at all times. Great stay!

We rented a 1 bedroom condo and it came with 4 beach chairs,1 umbrella , 2 bikes a bottle of wine and very hosts that wanted you to be able to enjoy yourself while at the beach. OCEANFRONT!!!! GREAT VALUE!!

The place was exactly what we wanted. Steps from the beach and access to bikes, skim boards, boogie boards, etc. Kendall was a great host and even had some treats and flowers waiting for us when we arrived. We felt welcome in her home and loved our stay!!
