Coligny Plaza is within walking distance for shopping, dining and more… and Tiki Hut beach bar is a short walk up the beach with live music daily. Villa has a queen bed with new maress, and additional queen sleeper sofa containing a comfortable gel memory foam mattress. For your convenience, dish/dishwashing detergent, laundry pods/dryer sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex and coffee will be provided with your rental. Stay in a place that feels expensive on a family-friendly budget. We stayed at this property for a quick late summer trip. The location was perfect, and the property had everything we needed. We took advantage of the bikes that were provided and never even moved our car the entire trip! While the weather wasn't great for our stay, we had plenty to keep us busy nearby. On our last day, the sun finally came out and we enjoyed the beach and greatly appreciated the chairs, towels and sunscreen that was available. You can tell the owner takes pride in their property!

This was the perfect spot for our unplanned, quick weekend stay. This place was super clean, the balcony was fantastic, and we had everything we needed. We were just steps away from the beach and a short walk to some great restaurants and shopping. We were greeted with some of the cutest iced cookies (an octopus 🐙and sea turtle🐢.) The manager was great and responded quickly to my questions. It was super easy and no doubt we will be back! You should definitely book this if you get a chance!

I love the property and stayed there numerous times already. This was a great unit. The only thing that bothered me was the room deodorizer. It was overpowering. Good smell but way to much.

This place is so cute and cozy. The owner really thought of every little detail when it comes to a beach trip. There were such nice little touches as well. You can walk to restaurants less than a mile away. The beach was very nice and clean as well.

It was my first time to Hilton Head and what an amazing place to visit. This place delivers everything it’s promises and more. Condo is clean , comfortable , well stocked , perfect location and views. I absolutely hated to leave and can’t wait to come back soon!

My husband and I stayed for six nights. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We parked our car when we arrived and did not move it til we left. We rode the bikes that were furnished everyday, whether it was on the beach or to a restaurant. The villa is nicely furnished and everything that was needed for the beach waa provided.. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Kendall is a wonderful host. She left us cookies and wine, a great start to our visit.The condo is right on the beach and just a short 13 minute walk to Coligny Plaza with tons of shops and restaurants. The condo is better than pictured. Very clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you need including beach chairs, umbrella, and bikes. The patio was nice and relaxing, have morning coffee at and enjoy the view. No detail was missed! It was our first time at Hilton Head and really enjoyed our visit; perfect for the two of us. We will definitely be back.

The condo was adorable and had everything we needed. Our wonderful host, Kendall, made us feel welcome and left a bottle of wine and cookies for us on arrival. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and most afternoons we saw dolphins swimming in the surf. That was a treat! Ill miss having our morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves. I highly recommend a stay here!

The place was impeccably decorated, very clean and tidy. Everything that we needed was there, towels, beach chairs, bikes. We will definitely be back to stay at this property! Choosing a VRBO required a lot of time to look at all of the reviews and pics in order to feel confident. This was exactly as described. We would highly recommend this unit for a beach getaway. Proximity to Coligny Plaza, as well as Sea Pines was perfect.

We had a great time! The condo is clean and lovely! Kendall was communicative and responsive. We put a lot of miles on the bikes and enjoyed the central location which allowed walking/biking to everything we could need. We would definitely stay again!

Vacation was awesome, great location, central to a lot of shopping and sightseeing things never drove more than 20mins in any direction for anything! Maybe not even that! Balconies were a little close together to others but other than that I think it was really really nice! My girlfriend and I had an awesome time! Place was super clean and would definitely come again!

My wife and I decided to make a stop on the way home from VA to FL. We picked this unit and we are glad we did. Absolutely exquisite villa with everything you need. Completely stocked kitchen, decorated beautifully and was just three minute walk to the beach. Ten minute walk to Coligny Plaza. Coolcabana and chairs for beach included. Wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again.

What a clean, cute, well decorated place we decided to stay for our vacation this year! The rental was really clean and smelled amazing when we first walked in! It was a perfect size for the two of us. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch/balcony after our beach ventures. The property manager was very nice, and responded to any questions quickly. I’ve stayed at Seaside Villas several times while vacationing on HHI. This is the cleanest and cutest villa that I have rented. The decor and attention to detail is the best. The space is so efficient with anything one could need. The bed alone is worth the stay! The location is convenient, especially if you want to keep your vehicle parked. Choose Seaside 165 if you’re staying on South Forest Beach!

The condo is very inviting, clean, lovingly maintained and well-equipped for a short stay. The beach is but a quick three minute walk on the boardwalk and up one floor. Location was about a five minute walk to restaurants and shopping in and around Coligny Plaza. Hosts offered very good recommendations for restaurants--The Sage Room and Hudson's were great choices. Complimentary wine and Fourth fo July cookies added a nice touch. We got deep zzzzz's with that perfect mattress, the array of comfy pillows and super soft linens that we are still feeling relaxed two days after we got home. Their beachfront was super nice, condo was very welcoming. Next time we'll definitely stay an extra day or two!

The property was just as it looked in the pictures. It was very clean, the owner was great to communicate and the place was perfect for the two of us. I loved that there were two bikes for us and we didn’t have to rent any. The bike riding and distance to Coligny Circle was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again!!! Loved it!!!

This experience was the best! Attention to every detail was great! The condo was PERFECT for us! So squeaky clean and beautifully decorated. Cookies and Wine too! The furnishings were good quality even the outdoor furniture was something you actually WANT to sit on! Our only regret is that we booked last minute and we’re only able to stay one night in this particular condo! We stayed an extra night in a different one and it was COMPLETLY opposite- yet priced the same! We are already looking to book our next getaway in THIS condo!

This was our first stay in this condo but certainly won't be our last. It was a great location. The condo was extremely clean on our arrival. Kendall was wonderful to work with. All the extra touches like the beach chairs and bikes were so thoughtful. Can't wait to come back!!
