Staff is super nice and the garden is beautiful.
In my room bathroom, the bench is not clean. I can clean the dirt off by hand. This can be improved in the future. Not a big deal but something to consider…

Everything was perfect, the rooms are wonderful, the location is great, you have nearby caffès, grocery stores and the beach is pretty close
The pool is perfect and spacious
The staff is wonderful, and is always there to help with anything you need, also the atmosphere of the whole property is amazing. I suggest it to anyone who plans on visiting Hoi An

Pretty room and very spacious. Comfortable bed.
AC was terrible, didn’t work, just blew hot air around and it was 35 degrees. We had to ask for help with it twice and we had to ask for a second fan in the end.
