Great 3BR + Loft Condo in La Vista Blanc Near The Park and the new Hockey Rink
About this condo rental
Nestled in Mammoth Lakes, this attractive condo for $479 per night is a great option for your next trip. The La Vista Blanc condos are located on the southeast edge of Mammoth near the Sherwin Mountains and next to the Mammoth Creek Park. The condo complex is well maintained and you can walk to restaurants, shopping, hiking and the shuttle which provides free rides to the ski resort and all of Mammoth in the winter. The spa and pool are located across the parking lot from this unit. The condo is a two story, three bedroom + loft – two bath unit. It is located on the second story so there is no worrying about noisy neighbors. The condo is in good condition. All three bedrooms have queen size beds with great mattresses and plenty of closet space. The loft has a bunk bed and a double bed. There is also a video game console in the loft and a closet. There is a spacious living room with a L-shaped sofa and a leather chair for ample seating. There is a wall mounted flat screen LCD television (with cable service provided) and a DVD player in the living room and plenty of games to keep kids old and young occupied. There is also a wood burning fireplace with plenty of wood on the balcony. The kitchen has a brand new stainless stove, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a coffee maker and a dining table with seating for eight. There are two complete bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is wireless Internet provided. We also have an outside closet for your ski and snowboard storage and there are a couple of sleds and a snow shovel that you can use. There are many great reasons to visit Mammoth. In winter there is skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledding, snow shoeing and snowmobiling at nearby Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort and June Mountain. In the summer there is hiking, mountain biking, fishing, golfing, boating and horseback riding in the area. The Mammoth Creek Park is next to the condo and it is a great place for the kids to play and to go for a walk. The condo has easy access to the local bike paths and the skate park is about a mile away. You can also take a short car trip to the Devil's Postpile National Monument. In all seasons you can walk to restaurants, the movies, coffee and Vons. Local favorite The Stove Restaurant is about a five minute walk from the condo. Really close to Mammoth shuttle stops for easy access to the mountain and close to Vons and other places to eat. Rick is a great host! He was attentive and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying at this condo!

All of our extended adult family enjoyed the place. Very clean with everything we needed. Three bedrooms with overflow loft area was perfect. Only downside was the lack of laundry, but found the common laundry across the street conscientiously if you can find an open dryer. Great location and close to the resort. What definitely rent again. Thanks Rick!!

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and we had an amazing time. It was super convenient because it’s right in the middle of everything and mostly walking distance to all the stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great communication with the manager. Perfect location from the mountain and amenities. More than enough space for the whole family. The individual space heaters were great for the current conditions. I would highly recommend this location. I am saving this spot as a favorite place to stay.

The home is very cozy and nice. And the location is great, we walked around the corner for the free bus pickup to the slopes and to dinner a few nights. Plus the owner Rick was excellent with communication and even called before our stay to see if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I enjoyed the property and location. It was centrally located and had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy family time. The only issue we had were the stiffness of the beds. I wish they were more conformable. Both me and my children found them to be hard and uncomfortable. If I went back, I would stay there but likely bring our own pillow and a pillow top for the mattresses.

This was a wonderful cabin to stay at. We had a group of 9 adults staying in this cabin. A few key items worth noting:
-The owner (Rick) was incredibly responsive and even reached out to us leading up to the trip to make sure we have everything we needed.
- The kitchen is very well stocked and clean. Plenty of cups, mugs, plates, cutlery, and cookware.
- Heating the unit was very easy and straight forward. Make sure to use the ceiling fans to help circulate the heat.
- The storage locker outside helps a ton with gear storage.
- The was a boot dryer in the closet which was a nice surprise.
- Very short walk to the shuttle stop and the surrounding stores.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Rick was very nice and the cabin was great for 9 adults.

We really enjoyed our trip to Mammoth for the summer. Rick's condo is in a perfect location for all of the summer activities. Also, he was extremely communicative and helpful.

Our family came here with another family. We were a group of 10 and we all stayed comfortably. The condo is in a great location. Close to Vons, Eagle and the asking trail. We cooked and watched TV and hit the mountain. It was perfect! Rick is a great host. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped. A family of 5 and 4 had plenty of space. Kids loved the loft! Rick was very responsive and helpful before/during our stay. Bring your own spa towels unless you want to use your bath towel.

Had a great weekend at this condo. The space was big enough to comfortably house our 7 person group. It was very close to all the restaurants, eateries, & grocery store. It was very convenient to get to Eagle Lodge. We hope to stay again on a future trip to Mammoth.

Fish, Bike, Hike and Golf in Mammoth
Had a week with my family in Mammoth and enjoyed the perfect summer weather. This condo is perfectly placed in town. I was able to golf in the morning, hike mid day and Mtn Bike or Golf at a variety of locations close by. If you are thinking of bringing your family and want to enjoy the best of Mammoth; this condo has the perfect location and amenities.

This was a nice little condo with all the comforts that one needs in the house. We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed our stay in the house. The condo is upstairs so if you have kids, you might have to control them from running around and making noise. Over all a pleasant stay, ample parking, quite and nice, walkable distance from shops.
