About this condo rental
Located in Folly Beach, this attractive condo for $415 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. For the summer season, rentals are 7 days Sunday to Sunday (no fighting Saturday traffic getting in and out). This is a top floor oceanfront condo with views all the way down to Kiawah. There are 2 parts to the balcony, glass enclosed and open with access from the living room and master bedroom. The master bath has double sinks and a jacuzzi tub. The other bedrooms each have their own bathrooms. All bedrooms have queen beds and dressers. The living room had a 42 inch LCD TV with DVD and satellite. The unit has all appliances, central HVAC, a covered parking spot, dining for 6, and ceiling fans throughout. The elevator opens right in front of the entry door. A storage room is in the parking lot. Linens and towels are provided and there is a laundry room with a front loading washer/dryer set. Trash and recycling are in the parking lot. Seacoast Villas is only 2 blocks from the restaurants, bars, shops, and pier. It is close to downtown Charleston, James Island County Park, and the municipal golf course. WIFI is provided. Smoking is allowed outside the unit only. No pets. Checkout time is 10:30 AM and checkin time is 4 PM.

Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate several family members birthdays that all fall in the month of December. We stayed here last year as well. The condo is very spacious and well equipped. Close proximity to everything with wonderful beach views.

We had a long weekend here and it was great. The location is everything you could ask for - amazing views of the beach for both sunrise AND sunset this time of year, walking distance to Folly Island restaurants, and the beach itself.
The property is just nine units, and there is ample parking, both assigned and unassigned. The unit itself was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. They hit a lot of the little details that others often miss.
We would definitely stay here again!

This is a third floor corner property that looks out over the beach and ocean. We had a protected reserved parking space under the building. This condo was spotlessly cleaned, extremely well appointed, much larger than we anticipated with 3 bedrooms/baths, and a large outdoor patio. It was located directly on the beach and only a few blocks from the downtown area, ideal for access to beach and restaurants but no noise whatsoever from bars, etc.. The owner was very responsive to every question. We hope to stay there again...highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Folly beach. Access to the condo was simple and Robert was very easy to communicate with. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view of the ocean is exceptional!! Surrounding restaurants had delicious food & drinks. Highly recommend Loggerheads if you are a sports fan!! We hope to come back. Thank you Robert for your hospitality!!

This condo is in a great area and it could be a beautiful place, but it was very dirty and in need of much repair. I don’t believe the kitchen or bathroom floors have been vacuumed or mopped all summer. There was mildew inside 2 of the shower liners, and hairs in the tubs. I’ve been using VRBO for about 15 years, and this was the dirtiest condo we have rented during those years.

Great location to center strip and views of the beach. The unit however needs to be refreshed. The appliances are functional but old. The trim molding in the unit especially the bath/beds needs to be replaced. Shower curtain had mildew and there was no vacuum/iron or board to be found.

We enjoyed our stay on Folly Beach at this condo! The location was amazing with the beach just steps away. We enjoyed spending our evenings sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves.
Pros:
-The location was ideal (walking distance to city center and right on the beach).
-Kitchen had everything we needed, including dish soap, salt/pepper, etc.
-There were plenty of beach items available to use (chairs, towels, sand toys, etc).
-Washer/Dryer in unit
-Elevator
-Lots of space with 3 beds (one has no window) and 3 baths
-Parking space
-Nice Balcony
-Owner was great with communication and kind
Cons:
-Unfortunately there appeared to be mold or mildew in and around the vents and bedroom window (vents are located on the ceiling). I read in the guest book at the condo that a past guest complained about moisture dripping from the vents. It is extremely humid on Folly Beach, and I can only imagine that the guest possibly left the patio doors open. I brought this to the attention of the owner and asked if he had any air purifiers we could use but unfortunately he seemed dismissive about it. My son was sick the entire time (could have been the possible mold exposure, or it could have been a sheer coincident...I can't be sure). Hopefully the issue is addressed for future guests. It should be obvious to keep all doors/windows closed, but maybe placards need to be installed to remind guests?
-The unit seemed a bit "worn" and needed some minor TLC, but it didn't bother us at all! :-)

Started a little rough with construction being done in unit upon arrival. Owner Robert made good on it and had a very pleasant stay after that. Have loved this unit for 7+ years now

Property was mostly what we expected. Just a few minor issues that are not worth mentioning. The elevator was so useful. The staircase and landing are very well constructed, sturdy. The view and access to beach was phenomenal. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is in a very convenient location to all that Folly Beach has to offer. It has a beautiful view of the ocean, and the balcony was my favorite place to relax. It is within a short walking distance to the Pier as well as some of the best restaurants that Folly has to offer (Lost Dog Cafe, Loggerhead's, Rita's, and Woody's Pizza). We found everything at the condo was just as described in the listing. We had one small issue at check-in, but the communication with Robert and his wife were very quick, and the problem was resolved in a very timely fashion. Overall, we loved this condo and our vacation to Folly, and we would not hesitate to stay at this condo again in the future!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wow. It was one of the nicest places I've been to ever! The Adirondack chairs overlooking the beach was where we spent most of our time. Walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants saved alot of parking fees! We are talking about coming back with family. We loved staying there so much!! Thank you so much!!

This is a great property right on the shore of Folly Beach. We never touched our car the entire week because the ocean is right out front and town is an easy walk down quiet streets. Pelicans, dolphins, and surfers abound at this excellent location. The southern rhythm of life is easy to get used to in South Carolina.

Incredible place to stay. This was our first time to Folly Beach, and we absolutely loved this condo. So much room, we stayed in a few nights and enjoyed cooking in and eating dinner on the awesome decks watching the sunset.
