Louisville is home to the Kentucky Derby, Forecastle Festival, and don’t forget about the Bourbon Distillery tours! We are the Napa Valley of Bourbon!!! Because of our close proximity to Louisville’s vibrant nightlife, the eclectic dining scene & shopping it’s no wonder visitors flock here to get a taste of something amazing! Walk to the hottest music venue- Old Forester Paristown Hall. Quick cab ride or car sharing service to and from the Airport ( 5.9 miles), to Churchill Downs (4.8 miles), KY Expo Center (4.7 miles), KY International Convention Center (2.4 miles), KFC Yum Center (2.5 miles), University of Louisville (3 miles) and to Downtown Louisville (2 miles). This is such a roomy, comfy apartment. Close to everything and very walkable. Also surprisingly quiet for being so close to things. The code to the lockbox was incorrect in the VRBO platform so we got stuck in the cold for a little bit, but the agent was quick to return my call with the correct code.

The property was cute. Very comfortable and clean. It was located in a great area, conveniently located close to several bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. Host was friendly and super responsive. Overall, very pleased with my stay.

My family and I enjoyed two nights at this property. We walked down to the outdoor ice skating rink and visited many of the vintage/thrift shops that were within walking distance. We drove to Lights under Louisville and were impressed by the beautiful display of Christmas lights. One minor critique of the area is that some people may feel a bit unsafe in the seedier parts of the neighborhood that were littered with trash, clothes, and abandoned buildings, especially if they are not used to or familiar with the area.The area seemed to be in a transition between what used to be and what is to come. Everyone that we interacted with was kind and helpful and the property that we stayed in was clean and matched the description.

My cousin and I met in Louisville as a half way point. We came to celebrate a clean bill of health after her chemo treatments!! God is so good!! The VRBO was darling. She and I both loved the style and decor. It was well appointed though we were only there one night so we didn’t get to take advantage of all of the amenities. Check in was very simple. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this rental.

Great 2 nights stay, very clean, comfortable, close to bakery, restaurants. Highly recommend to try the Hammerhead place (5 min walk). Most of things to see 10 min drive. Safe parking on the street or back of the house.

Great house, clean, didn't want to leave type house! Car parking in the rear of the house so you don't need to find parking on the street in front. Plenty of local eateries driving and within walking distance. Showed friends and family house pictures and they want to stay here! This place was great! Looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Also had everything we needed. Close to downtown and a lot of cool neighborhood eateries, bars and shops. The owner was very sweet and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Louisville and will recommend to anyone I know that is taking a trip there.

This is a very nice cozy place to stay and looked just like the pictures. Location was just about perfect. Far enough away so it was quiet but close enough to get to most things within 10 minutes. Checking in and out was very simple. The communication with the owners was great. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is awesome! It is spacious and lovely! And very well stocked! It is easily within a short walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. And the best bakery serving breakfast and lunch! It is about 2 miles to downtown where some of the distillery’s are and fourth street. We loved our stay here! We hope to return!

The house was very cute, clean, and cozy. Location was great and I felt safe in this revitalized area. Several restaurants within walking distance or very close. The house was also within 15 minutes of places such as Churchill Downs, the Louisville Zoo, museums, the Louisville Cardinals football stadium, Kentucky Kingdom, malls, shopping, and movie theaters. Lastly, property manager Karen very responsive and helpful.
