We really enjoyed the stay. Booked the apartment the night before and received a phone call with instructions to confirm the reservation. Door code was incorrect but we called the service number and it was quickly reprogrammed remotely. The apartment was spacious and clean. Simply decorated, but appropriate and comfortable. Each bed room (3) had their own bathroom. Kitchen supplies were appropriate. The location was the best. Quiet residential area, walking distance to everything in the historical district, 10 min to Forsyth Park. Street parking in front is metered from 8 am to 5pm, but you can pay through an online app so renewing was easy.

We did not actually stay at this property. We arrived at the very nice property on a rainy midnight and upon entering the property it was easy to see there had been an error and the property had not been cleaned since the last guest. I made one phone call to Lucky Savannah and in 15 mins we were headed to a new property that was clean and beautiful and on the river and we had a great fun filled girls weekend. Everyone was responsive and Candice from guest services was excellent.

This rental was perfect for our stay. There were 5 adults and we had plenty of room. When we checked in, our entry code was not correct but Lucky resolved it very quickly. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Parking was not an issue. We were able to walk to several shops and restaurants nearby. Great place to stay.

5 of us for SCAD Family Weekend! Could walk to everything, so location is perfect! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Each having it's own bathroom is a plus with 5 women. Spent a lot our time on the back porch in the morning hours and late at night. Would definitely stay here again.Hosts checked in with us. Property was clean. We did the Savannah Haunted Pub Tour, the Savannah Queen boat ride, Crystal Parlor, Churchills on Bay St., Jen & Friends, and Better than Sex Desert! Would recommend all!

This was a nice, roomy property in a great location.
We had trouble with the televisions even after technicians came to work on them.
We also had a member of our party fall down the stairs in the morning. The wooden stairs are beautiful but may benefit with some safety adjustments.

Location was super convenient. House was spacious and adequate for our needs. Street parking worked well but be sure to pay attention to the signs that show when parking is not allowed on that side of the street due to scheduled street sweeping.

We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable layout of this lovely home, the historic neighborhood and being able to walk to most of the restaurants, shopping, parks, museums and sites we visited. Lucky Savannah was terrific to work with and super responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend!!

Stayed here 4 nights for a girls’ trip and we had a lovely time. Property is in quiet, beautiful location but in easy walking distance (or cheap Uber\Lyft) to shops, restaurants and bars on the river. Having 3 en-suite bedrooms was perfect for our group and house was well equipped. Although we were worried about getting parking pass and finding on street parking, it was no big deal. We bought 3 day passes at Bryan St garage and had no problem parking right in front of our rental the entire time. Rental company was a pleasure to work with and were very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!

In town for 2 night show with friends. Super easy access to free shuttle only blocks away. Amazing location. Townhouse was very well suited for us. Furnishings ok, outside deck, bedrooms and kitchen perfect.
A few things worth mention are cleaning gets 4 out of 5 stars, a little more attention to detail was needed, but satisfactory overall. We never did figure out more than 3 or 4 channels on both TVs, specific instructions really are needed or perhaps a major upgrade is needed, we decided to go out to view Saturday afternoon football. Upstairs first bedroom fitted sheet was too small and wouldn’t stay on the bed and the bedside lamp didn’t work. Pay Parking is annoying on weekdays. So just small things kept it from being perfect.
We enjoyed it and the location definitely was the highlight.

Great except for one detail. When you close the Master Bedroom door on the second floor, the air conditioner turns on and does not turn off. It goes on forever! My husband and i froze. We finally figured out if you leave the door to the hallway open the air conditioner does not turn on.. Small detail but one you should be aware of.

GREAT HOME AND LOCATION. WE WALKED EVERYWHERE. RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER FROM CRYSTAL BEER PALACE WHER THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT. HOUSE HAD PLEANTY FO SPACE FOR SIX OF US THE BACK DECK WAS A NICE PLACE TO RELAX. LOVED THE PLACE. WILL DEFINITLY STAY THERE AGAIN. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Are you looking for a spacious rental? Tatnall Manor! Are you looking for a quiet Savannah street? Tatnall Manor! Are you looking for a convenient location for Savannah sites? Tatnall Manor! We loved this rental. We felt so much “at home” that we found it hard to leave after our weekend stay. We could easily walk to Forsythe Park from here. We did choose to drive and park downtown, instead of using the free trolley - but trolley pick up is close so that could easily be an option. It’s about a 25 minute walk but we highly recommend Sly’s as a perfect place to get a delicious slider! The food was worth the walk. Tatnall Manor itself was a very comfortable home. Pictures online truly represent what you see in the home (except the piano is no longer in the kitchen dining area). 3rd floor bedroom can get slightly warm in the crazy summer heat but there is a ceiling fan and a floor fan which helped - in addition to the A/C for that floor. Plenty of room in this house for those who want to just relax for all or part of a vacation day. Tatnall Manor has spoiled us - we may never be able to select a different place in Savannah.

House was clean, and had all we needed to enjoy a week long trip with 6 adults. Location was great, free DOT bus was close and had AC with was great. Walking distance to tons of food, and shopping.
The house could use a bit of outside/inside maintenance.
Will definitely visit again. Thanks for a great house to enjoy our stay.

Couples Weekend
The property on Tatnall St was excellent. We were 3 couples and this home had 3 bedrooms with king sized beds and 3 1/2 bathrooms with lots of privacy but large common rooms for socializing. It is in the historical district of Savannah within a short distance to restaurants, sightseeing and shopping.
The only problem I encountered is there was a strong possibility we were going to be unable to arrive as scheduled. I called the property manager to see if we could move our stay up 2 days due to a medical emergency and was told we would not be able to modify our reservation even though the house was not rented for 5 days after our scheduled stay. As it turned out we were able to go on our getaway as scheduled and not forfeit our stay.

Amazing property, perfect location!
We truly enjoyed our long holiday weekend at Tattnal Manor! I was a little nervous when we arrived and the interior temperature was 82 degrees in July, but it turned out that someone had accidentally set the thermostat to heat! Adjusting the 3 thermostats (yes, three…one on each floor) was a quick fix and it eventually cooled down. The townhouse was the perfect size for our group of 4, and everything was within walking distance or just a short rideshare trip away. The previous group left several trash bags on the back deck that we had to clean up, but that was a minor inconvenience. I also wish access to the attached parking space were included with the rental, but we got lucky and only had to pay for metered parking 1 out of 4 days. Make sure to factor in the cost of daily parking if your dates include weekdays. All in all, we would absolutely stay again on our next trip to beautiful Savannah!

Tattnall Manor is located in quiet neighborhood which is great for sleeping but means it is further away from the action. Everything is walkable and the Crystal Beer Parlor is super close for a quick yummy meal. The furnishings were ok, but this place has so much potential with more updated furniture. Beds were comfy and ensuite baths convenient. A/C kept us cool and street parking right in front of house was readily available. Everyone I spoke to at Lucky Savannah was professional, friendly and very helpful. Would definitely rent from them again.

We have used VRBO many times for vacations and have always had a positive experience. This house is in a wonderful location - we were 3 couples and the 3 bedroom, 3 bath worked very well. I do however feel that a little more eye to detail would be helpful make it a smoother hassle free experience. The furniture was lovely, but kitchen items somewhat lacking such as no oven mitts or pot holders, no placemats or cloth for the dining room table and there were issues with backed up kitchen sink. The office staff were pleasant and delivered missing items the next day, but stock should be taken when house cleaned for new guests and we coped with the sink difficulty.One other suggestion is that directions for elevator, trash, recycling etc. be left at the house as they have been at other properties we have rented. I was told it was available on line, however not all of us stay connected while on vacation.However, I want to say that overall it was a lovely spot and I would recommend the house as I am sure the small things will be rectified.

The house was lovely. I felt like we were nickeled and dimed. Most VRBO's don't require you to supply your own hand soap for the bathrooms, toilet papers, paper towels, etc. When we arrived every bathroom had a hand soap container and everyone was empty. We had to buy hand soap for all 4 bathrooms - it would be different if the rate was significantly below the average, however, it was above the average. Also, every time we turned the air-conditioner lower to cool the house within an hour or 2 it was back up to a higher temp and then we would have to start over to cool. I was told the rental company does not remotely change it, however, I have a hard time believing it since we got an email indicating not to have the temp below 72 degrees after we kept lowering it to 70. I recommend they tell you these things in advance so a customer can make an educated decision - again if they would have said - we will reduce your fee by xx then that is different

From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by the beauty of Tattnall Manor. Our group consisted of three couples so the bedroom layouts were perfect. Having the en suite bathrooms gave each couple the opportunity to feel at home and unpack their personal items without having to pack them up again until check out. The two second floor bedrooms had the luxury of walk in closets as well. The third floor bedroom is the one my husband and I stayed in (which is the entire third floor with an elevator door exiting into this room) had only a small closet and a bunch of locked doors either belonging to the owner or the housekeeping staff. It would have been nicer to have a walk in closet on this floor as the layout of this small closet did not hold everything efficiently. The home itself is lovely, the kitchen is very nicely equipped and the porch overlooking the courtyard was nice and was where we spent our mornings drinking coffee and our evenings enjoying wine and reminiscing about our day. Everyone in our group commented daily on how wonderful Tattnall Manor was both in location and accommodation. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were beautifully decorated. The home was very clean when we arrived and having the elevator to take your luggage up to the bedrooms upon arrival was a treat. I cannot end this review without mentioning how beautiful the staircase is. I found myself going up and down the three flights of stairs throughout our entire stay because of the beauty of the staircase.
