3 Bedroom / 3.5 Bathroom Nantucket-style house in Surfside with a private walkway to the beach. Tucked away on a quiet road with a circular driveway. Bright, open living area. Large deck overlooking landscaped backyard. Short drive to town.
All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Wireless internet throughout the house with Samsung Smart TVs in living room, master suite and twin suite.
Backyard has a pool, hot tub and complete privacy. The house has central AC and heat with individual controls in each bedroom to customize the temperature for all guests.
One week minimum stay for July and August.

This property exceeded our expectations! The house was beautiful, the grounds were pristine and private and the owners were so easy to work with. There were 4 of us that stayed at the house and plenty of room to accommodate us. If you're considering renting this house and feel its on the pricier side, I can confidently say go for it - because it was worth every penny!

Stunning property in the heart of Surfside. Walking distance to the beach with beautiful backyard pool/spa. Check-in process was very easy and the host was excellent with communication throughout the process! Hope to come back!

Absolutely perfect beach house. Heated pool and spa are in great condition and well maintained. Easy walk to the beach right from the house. Couldn't have asked for anything better. We hope to return again someday.
