Bret was the most responsive host we have ever had. He checked in several times. His home was just as stated. Beautiful south facing on the golf course. Stayed Oct 17 -31, 3 adults in this super clean, updated unit with easy maintenance, quiet location facing tee box fairway, 1 -2 minutes walk to 4 pools with lovely peaceful views, ample beach towels, shampoo, hand soap, dove body soap good choice for sensitive skin all supplied by owner made stay easy. Kitchen well supplied too with many spices, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, saran wrap was clever idea and lots of storage containers, pots, pans, really nice sharp knife set, all you needed and more. Laundry easily done with pods suppled. Loved the keyless entry and choice of our own code, so much easier to remember! Sat outside on patio overlooking the green; lovely and sunny everyday! Owner super quick to respond, great to deal with, no issues. Would have loved an extra cutting board and maybe an extra chair in living room when 4 adults present -- but overall I loved this location, it was quiet, safe out walking at night, the phone chargers by bed and reading lamps nice touch, owner really thinks of everything to make guests comfortable.

Had a wonderful time — the property was clean and the bathrooms are spacious and amazing. The host was quick to respond and accommodate each request. Also enjoy that the property is located in a gated community.

We stayed here while some additional family stayed at a nearby property. The house was extremely clean, spacious and had everything we needed and then some. We will definitely be back if we stay in Palm Springs again!

Everything is new bright and sparkling clean. Very nice fairway view. The kitchen is very well appointed and has everything you would need to prepare and cook a meal. Palm Valley is a premium location and beautifully maintained. Although private, many of the facilities are available to guests. Staff was very welcoming. Communication with Brett could not have been better. Very nice guy too. Excellent host who was always available if needed.

Top notch accommodations! Kitchen very well equipped with added perks including a blender, Keurig coffee pods, and a few spices, salt and pepper, etc. King sized beds in both rooms. Firm mattress was great and pillows very comfortable. This place was clean, clean, clean!!! We liked the fact that the upgrades included carpet-free flooring (it was either laminate or vinyl plank). The pool and hot tub was a 2 minute walk down the street and most days we had it to ourselves. Brett was very quick to respond to our questions. We will be back!

A few friends and I stayed at Brett's property during Stagecoach. The house is really nice and updated. There is a garage and a little courtyard area as well as the pack patio. There are so many pools to choose from and the closest one is only a few houses down the street. The place was really nice and clean and perfect for our weekend away! Check in was easy and going in and out of the community was as well. Brett was quick at responding as well. I definitely recommended this property

We had a great time at this beautiful property. The home was spotless and well provisioned. Our host Brett was very responsive and helpful. A beautiful view of the golf course from the back patio. There were two pools with whirlpools within 2 minutes of the unit. We had a great time and recommend this place highly. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I rented for a month. We had guests visit a couple of times. Brett's condo has been completely remodeled; new floors, kitchen, bathrooms, living room furniture, new beds. Great views if the course out the living room and Master bedroom. Spent time in mornings and during cocktail hour watching the golfers on the patio. We used the fitness center's great equipment and I attended aqua, spin and circuit training classes. We are not into tennis/pickleball but it is a very active racquet club. . My husband golfed on the many courses in the area. Hated to leave.

Condo located in Palm Valley CC, which never disappoints and is centrally located. Owner was very responsive and gracious. Condo was very clean upon arrival. Everything was in order and easy to use or figure out (tv remote, shower, kitchen appliances). Nice and private front porch/patio. Back has morning sun and view of fairway. Relaxing atmosphere. Took walks every day on property and the other walkers/residents were so friendly. Had pool to ourselves on most days. Best thing was we were able to bring out small pet.

Brett was so wonderful to communicate with us about our arrival, needs, wants, and questions. This place was exactly as advertised. The pictures don’t do it justice. This place was very clean, sleek, modern, and new. Both of the king bedrooms were spacious and beds were new and comfortable! The walk-in showers were new, roomy, and well lit. The linens, towels and washcloths were brand new. The Wi-Fi is excellent and the choices of Roku and Frontier Cable were added bonuses! Our kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed plus Brett has a huge outside grill ! We are so happy to give this host all the 5 star ratings we can give! Thank you for everything Brett!

I spent a week down there by myself to relax and rejuvenate. The property never disappoints and everything was perfect. The owners keep the property immaculate and are super easy to communicate and deal with. I think this is about the first time I’ve stayed at this property and I will be back!!!
