It offers: - A fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, and dishwasher), brand new coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, cooking set, knife set, chopping board, paper towel, cooking oil, salt, and pepper to get you started. - A good size and private bedroom with a brand new queen bed, mattress, bedding set, mirror, two night stands, and two table lamps. Both blinders and blackout window curtains will secure a quiet sleeping night. - A comfortable living room with brand new furniture including a 4 persons dinning table with dinning set and wine glass and cup, sofa bed, coffee table, floor lamp, 48 in LG LED smart TV, Shaw 150 high speed internet and cable with PVR. - A wash room with heated floor, bathtub/shower combo, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, toilet papers, and hair dryer. - Laundry with a brand new washer/dryer, detergent, iron and board. - Balcony with bistro sets enjoying sunshine and beautiful historic scenes with beer and wine.

I have stayed here in the past - it is much more comfortable than staying in a hotel and more convenient - only challenge is parking is not on site

Trevor’s place was perfect. Location was amazing. We walked to so many interesting spots ,like fisherman’s warf. Lots of fabulous eating spots. We have recommended it to lots of our friends already

Trevor was very easy to reach and the condo was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time staying in chinatown and being able to walk everywhere and see a lot during our stay, as well as have a comfortable place to cook and rest in the mornings and nights.

Trevor was really accommodating and let us check in earlier than the stated time. The place itself was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect and walking distance to everything you'd want to see in Victoria. We did have to park in a parkade a ways away from the place and there was no parking at the apartment but other than that the place was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

This condo is in a fantastic location. Just across from the historic Fan Tan Alley, the entire downtown of Victoria was very walkable from this condo. It's very clean and modern and has an easy check in procedure. This is a difficult part of town to park in, but Trevor gave very good advice for local parkades to use. Trevor was very easy to work with and accomidated my family well. I would stay here again.

This condo is in a fantastic location. Just across from the historic Fan Tan Alley, the entire downtown of Victoria was very walkable from this condo. It's very clean and modern and has an easy check in procedure. This is a difficult part of town to park in, but Trevor gave very good advice for local parkades to use. The place was beautiful and very convenient for strolling around chinatown and downtown. Trevor was a good host! Definitely recomended!

The apartment is very small and overall nice. The bathroom had an odor of mildew and very musty smelling. No shower liner so guessing the curtain and the wet cleaning rags underneath the cabinet didn’t help the smell. Additionally I also had a run in with Trevor as I misread the checkout time - it was my fault and admitted to that. He was at the door when we returned late and totally yelled at me like I have never been yelled at. It was embarrassing and I apologized but it didn’t matter. It was a terrible situation and I could go on. Outside the apartment is an alley way and parking lot and the noise factor is not disclosed either.

Fabulous Property/ Perfect Location
The condo was spotless. Lots of attention to detail. Everything we needed was there. We were very very pleased. The location was perfect too - just inside China Town so we were able to walk and explore and did not feel the need of a car. Thanks so very much for a wonderful stay.

Great location, great and confy place
Stayed here on a short, work-related, trip. I love staying in this part of town, and I had previously stayed at an apartment in the same building hosted on a different platform. Trevor's is by far nicer.
Too bad I didn't have the time to cook as the apartment is very well equipped for this purpose.

Host had kept all necessary things for us. I think he is a great host. Understanding and professional I'm approach. Allowed us to check in early. Property was clean a d tidy with all the utensils and necessities were made available.

Great little apartment in great location. Right in China town. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows and sheets were great too. It was clean and affordable and a nice little patio. It did get a bit loud with trucks loading an in loading in the morning but other than that everything was great!

After reading the glowing reviews for this condo I was excited to stay here. My feelings quickly changed when I was completely the self check in instructions and the doors were not opening. Trevor would not answer any of my calls or texts until 9pm at night, 5 hrs after check in.
I sat outside the building for two hours WITH A BABY, waiting on the phone with VRBO to contact Trevor and they were also unable to contact him, or help me get into the rental I had paid for. When Trevor did finally get back to me, he put the blame on me that I hadn't been able to get in. Took no ownership of the fact that he didn't own up to his end of the commitment, which was simply letting us into the building.
The suite itself is clean but located on ground floor, very noisy with an ugly alley view. I cannot find any check out instructions left out as stated.
This was a terrible experience with Trevor, I discourage anyone from booking until he gets a more reliable check in system/ a better attitude to his customers. He took a tone to yell at me over the phone, which I did not take to kindly.
I expect to be reimbursed for my inconvenience.

Potentially excellent.
Needs to be cleaner, with upgrades in the kitchen utensils, flatware, glasses, dishes - it all looked like old garage- sale stuff. That doesn’t respect the guests. The star was the bedroom - spacious, comfortable with lots of storage. Location couldn’t be greater.

Fantastic location and lovely suite
The suite was perfect - well laid out with lots of space for the three of us and very comfortable. The location is fantastic - just steps away from downtown with everything easily walkable. Close to lots of restaurants and all the sights of Victoria including being in historic Chinatown! Also very close to the public bus and easy to get to from the ferry using public transit. The sofa bed was very comfortable and my 10 year old slept there for the nights that we were there. I would stay here again!
