We visited for a long weekend. Grace was wonderful to work with. She was able to accommodate our early arrival which was so very much appreciated The condo was perfect for us. We chose to visit without a car (the condo does have a parking space) and were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Coming from land-locked Alberta, I particularly loved listening to the harbour sounds. For our next visit to Victoria, our first step will be checking availability with Grace!

Just a short walk to all the close restaurant and shops! Very close if not right in china town! Host was amazing! The location has two beds and a small sectional. Murphy bed was a little hard to sleep on but didn’t effect our enjoyment! Apartment does run a little warm so opening windows helps and the fans provided did a great job! There’s also a nice deep soaked tub and access to a gorgeous patio upstairs overlooking the wharf! Both gorgeous at day and night time! We also didn’t hear any of the construction what so ever! This is def a little gem! Book it! You will love your stay!

Went there with my mom (89). Friendly host met us at the door to hand over the keys and explain a bit about the property. The underground parking was clean and felt very safe. Residents were super friendly and helpful. Condo was as described, well stocked for cooking and anything you may need. Loved having the washer and dryer. The Murphy bed was very comfortable. The construction next door didn’t bother us except that it seemed to bring dust in and make the floors dirty. There was a trick to flushing the toilet and I think it should be fixed along with getting better lighting and providing a few more towels. Enjoyed the condo itself and the location. Would definitely go back.

This property is beautifully situated on the waterfront. There is a view of the “blue bridge”, which we actually got to see opening this time. We were in walking distance to Chinatown and from there the downtown and inner harbour. There is a lovely coffee shop close by and Craft is the bar/restaurant right across from the building. We will definitely be booking here again next year.

Excellent apt and facilities with lovely side view of the harbour and new bridge. Perfect for the two of us. The location is superb with easy walking access to all of downtown. The price and info warned of the construction next door. There was a bit of noise but we found the main disadvantage was the lack of privacy. We were there during the hot October weather and we were very grateful for the two fans. Thanks and hope to stay with you again

This is a great location close to everything and a very walkable area. Great view of the inner harbour. Owner was great with the check in. The condo could use some maintenance as in replacing light bulbs, better lighting in living room area. The underground parking was plus.

This is a nice property for location to access downtown by foot but although my husband Loved watching the construction next door beware noise starts as early as 7am though done by 4:30. Good for a couple or small family that likes to rise early on holidays. Great checking process…(key lockbox is just too small when checking out)

Beautiful view, a bit noisy next door with construction, but we are early risers so no problem. Loved ability to make our breakfasts , close to restaurants and shopping. Nicely equipped kitchen with cooking and prep utensils Also supplied in addition was a coffee press and coffee. Nice views of water, Has air filter, fans which were helpful during warm weather.

Overall nice little place, however needs some TLC. The Bed was not to my liking. Out of three places I stayed this was not my favourite. The big benefit was the location.

It was less than advertised. Pictures are a little deceiving. Different furniture-not a comfortable place to hang out. TV never did work. But the location to downtown Victoria and the harbor is excellent. Definitely had everything we needed for our short stay. Host communicated promptly.

Not knowing the area of Victoria. You are sitting just outside Chinatown. Great Chinese food options but the best review for food is at the Jam Cafe just up the street from the apartment for breakfast. Fast service great food but don’t get there too late as it is most popular spot for breakfast. The tug Eatery is adjacent to the apartment as well so that that far to go for a burger and a beer. Probably the only disappointment was we could not get the TSN network on the TV as we wanted to relax and watch a football game. Other then that I would come back. Thanks

This is a super cute condo, perfect for a family or couple. The owner is incredibly responsive, the kitchen is very well stocked, and the view of the harbor is gorgeous. The condo construction next door is loud from 7:30am-4:30pm, but access to Chinatown is great. REALLY appreciated the owner's flexibility with check in

The property was great for two people who wanted some time to explore Victoria. The location was perfect for walking to all of the attractions and restaurants. Check in was easy and place had been freshly painted. The bed was comfy and the deck on the roof top has an amazing view.

The location of this property was outstanding, perfect for walking, two great restaurants seconds away (Tug, Canoe), yet far enough from the commercial area to give you peace and quiet. Watching the Johnson Street lift bridge work never ceased to amaze us. It was very kind to have shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels supplied, bonus. The main bed and the murphy bed were comfortable. However, I might be wrong, but I felt the condo had been given just a cursory cleaning before I arrived, dust on tv stand and dresser, dust and water marks on nightstands, dust and hair on floors. The information binder needs to be updated, the instructions for the tv are outdated, so we never could get the tv working. A portable radio would have been appreciated to keep up on the news, a big ask I realize. One of the building keys didn't work so you couldn't access the stairwell or the outside garden walkway. These are small issues in the big picture, but more attention to little details would be helpful.

Location was the only good thing going for this place. Firstly, we were not informed there was construction going on in the lot directly next to the building and I mean heavy machinery that started at 7 am. Secondly, the apartment was dirty. The bedding smelled like it hadn’t been washed. The dishwasher is falling out of the wall with food spills along the side. The apartment was very worn and needs updating. Location being good means easy to get places but there was a needle drop off right across the street and a homeless resource center on the corner.

The building is in a great location to walk around Victoria. However the unit is pretty worn and there is significant construction happening next door. The unit was not as shown in the photos, couch is smaller and less comfortable to sit on, chairs broken, fan that was provided was really dirty. Dishes didn't seem clean so we washed whatever we used before using it. We asked for and received a discount because of the noise next door without question and that was great. Host was easy going and pleasant to deal with.

Rented for a week to escape our home renovation. The apartment is as advertised with a fair amount of space for two or three people. We have a large dog and were pleased he could join us (though there is some confusion around this between listing, rules, and the Strata lady in the hallway who told me there is a 30lb limit on dogs in the building). Underground Parking being included is a total plus. Building is modern and well maintained. Checking in and out was also easy and convenient. You can’t beat this location — right downtown and right on the water. Mountain and harbour views galore!A few downsides: The place is hard used. Paint, door frames and floors tell that story. But it is clean. Also, the lack of A/C is notable despite Victoria’s temperate climate. The condo is on an upper floor and faces SW so it catches massive sun all day. Lovely views, but very hot. We had fans set up strategically plus cracked the door to create airflow from the hallway. This helped a bit but it is quite a warm apartment if you are there on a warm sunny day. This likely won’t be as big an issue once the Condo tower going in next door is constructed!
