my partner and i were in san francisco from 7/19-7/24. he had business and i came for vacation. the house is extremely beautiful, very clean, very neat. the host himself is extremely professional and very responsive. the neighborhood is quiet and well-kept. absolutely Will stay here again. 1000 Stars

This property has in and out access and feels very private. The location is perfect if you want to feel like your in a small town where you can walk the streets but yet have access to the city life of San Francisco. You will definitely need your own car to get around. The apartment was exactly as advertised and the sauna was a plus. We used it every day! The room did have a musty smell, as noted by a previous renter, so we brought an essential oil mister with us. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Overall, we were very pleased with this find.

Great unit in a nice neighborhood. Easy street parking and access to the unit. Had an issue with the kitchen sink, and it was resolved in just a couple of hours. The heat in the unit is a wall panel with no forced air, so bring some sweaters if the forecast is for cool weather. Host is very responsive.

Mike made it easy for me to rent and get into the property. It’s clean comfortable and has an awesome bathroom. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Close to the SF Zoo, Harding Park and the Olympic Golf courses. Would definitely stay there again.

The inside of the apartment has an unpleasant smell that has gotten into all of our clothing. The bed linen also has this odd smell about it. The air quality is not good inside and my husband ended up getting sick from the inside environment. Opening the windows did not help with this either. There is very little air flow. The apartment worked as just a place to sleep but would not go back because of the smell and poor air quality inside the room.

Located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to a mall, target, Whole Foods and various eating establishments. Room is located on the first floor of resident living on 2nd floor and so there is some natural noise that comes with that. The shower is amazing... various jets and rain shower.

This was a great, clean, and enjoyable stay. Only downside was the neighborhood was a little quiet (if you’re looking to explore SF) and public transportation was not very near, but I knew that when booking. Overall this was an excellent property and I’d encourage all travelers who are seeking a relaxing stay in a quiet neighborhood in SF to check in here.

The apartment is beautiful and well appointed. It is in a very quiet neighborhood near transportation. There is a Whole Foods and a gym just around the corner. The owner is very efficient and easy to work with. This is a wonderful place to stay!

Bathroom was filthy- used and half empty bottles of shampoo covered with hair, shower wall covered with hair, floor was not cleaned. Kitchen had dried food on countertop and dish sponge. There is no cooktop as advertised. The tea kettle did not work and microwave not working effectively either. Property owner was responsive but just offered to have his cleaners come back. I declined a re-clean because they were ineffective on the first cleaning. I had to spend the first few hours of my stay cleaning the space.

Mike was very easy to work with dealing with our stay. We travelled a good bit in our car so this stay was perfect. A grocery store is less than a mile. Parking and location was perfect for getting out traveling to and Sausalito, Muir Woods, and Napa Valley.
