Jayne’s place is very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The beds are comfy and have high quality bedding. The shower has good water pressure. Stunning view! Jayne was really kind and left some snacks and drinks. Kitchen has EVERYTHING you need. The location is amazing and you can walk everywhere no problem. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Went in September with a girl friend and had a wonderful stay! Place was very clean, the view and the sunrise were beautiful to wake up to. We felt safe, the only thing was the hard wood floors are slippery but we would go bare foot and that was fine. We really appreciated the extras like juice, milk delicious coffee and WINE! So nice! Beds were comfy. Would stay there again!

We stayed six nights at the Juliet and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jayne's hospitality was exceptional. She provided everything we needed including special unexpected treats like extra toiletries, a variety of snacks and even wine. The location was perfect. We could walk to the Harbour area, the Craigdarroch Castle as well as the fabulous Government street with all the shops and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable, the condo veryclean and what a treat... even an air conditioning option for the hot days. It's a gem condo and we would definitely book it again! Many thanks Jayne... Lovely apartment. Jayne was very friendly and helpful both before and during the stay. Make sure you get up to the sun terrace to watch a sunset.

Clean, spacious, comfortable suite. The 2 window AC units were a bonus as it was very hot those days. The owner, Jayne is great at communication and clearly works hard to provide a nice accommodation.

The apartment had everything we could need and more, spotlessly clean, high quality sheets and towels and in a great location, cafes and supermarket on the doorstep and 10/15 mins walk to the main harbour for whale watching.
Our host was great before and during our booking, I would highly recommend this apartment!

This condo was awesome, a floor-to-ceiling bank of windows in the living area on the 11th floor looking out over downtown Victoria and as far away as Mount Baker and the Olympic Range in WA state. Beautiful full size kitchen made cooking easy and the beds and linens were very comfortable. Jayne, the host, provided snacks and coffee in the unit along with other necessities like soap, shampoo, etc. And the unit was walking distance to the harbor and numerous restaurants for lunch and dinner out. Overall a tremendous unit and we were there for 11 nights to enjoy all the sights and experiences Victoria has to offer. Highly recommended!

Communication with owner was easy and fast response time. Property was super clean and close to main streets - within walking distance of the harbour area, restaurants, pubs etc. Transit system to everywhere we wanted to go within a couple of blocks. Owner met us to provide keys /instruction and was accommodating with early check in. She even had complimentary milk and refreshments in the fridge and a snack drawer filled for us! Kitchen has all you could need for great quality small appliances and grocery store a few blocks away if you need.. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this property.

This property is immaculate (including the underground parking garage!) and just as good as shown in the pictures. The owner goes way above and beyond providing a comfortable classy accommodation. The extras included (bottle of wine, spices, snacks, soft drinks, coffee, tea) were fantastic and the kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee grinder and food processor. We loved the location:: easy to walk to every type of shop needed and so close to the beautiful parks and harbour. We were here for 2 weeks and really enjoyed the view of the city lights at night and mountains to the south on clear days. Being downtown there is some sirens and street noise but that didn't detract from our experience at all. This truly was a top of the line rental experience for us and we would highly recommend it.

I have stayed in the property previously and found it to be excellent. The property owner goes over and above to ensure the stay is the best it can be. All equipment is top notch and there are many extrad. The location is close to restaurants and shops and is very walkable. I recommend this property to people who are looking for a good downtown Victoria experience.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had! The view was incredible, the place was well stocked with so many thoughtful touches, super clean, and my friend and I were able to have our own spaces which was really nice. As two female travelers, we loved that the building was locked/key fob entry only so we felt extra safe too. It was also in a great location that made it easy to walk to places! We only drove once to go on a hike nearby, the rest was all walking. Jayne met us on the day of check-in to give us the keys, show us the space, and it was so helpful! Would 10000% stay again.

Very clean and convenient unit and building, and owner provides conveniences to help you get started with your stay. Location is easy to access via car, and has lots of restaurants within walking distance. Groceries are an easy walk also. We would stay here again. There is some city noise, but that is to be expected given the central location and is not disrupting. The view lives up to the pictures.

Jayne's apartment is probably the best VRBO property I've ever stayed at.
The unit was bright, clean and spacious. Stayed there with my sister, mom and aunt and we all had enough space.
The highlights of the unit:

*fully stocked with coffee/tea

Only suggestion for guests would be to bring ear plugs because the night time noise outside can be heard.

The property itself was okay. The deep tub was difficult to negotiate. The sectional was hard to sit on and get out of. The all night noise level (traffic. sirens, people yelling all night) was a little much. The view was exceptional. The host was wonderful. Being American we were targeted by immigration, who held us a long time to search our vehicle. We are seniors. That was humiliating and tiresome. Would we visit Canada again? No

Jayne goes above and beyond for her guests. The place was spotless and she’s thought of everything. She had a drawer of snacks that our kids loved and the carton of milk in the fridge was a nice touch for a travelling family. We will definitely stay again next time we’re back!
