Nestled in Victoria, this lovely condo for $145 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Location is everything and we are a short stroll to downtown, Fisherman's Wharf, Beacon Hill Park and the gorgeous Dallas road waterfront. Enjoy a morning walk along the waterfront and take in the Royal BC museum or rent a bike for the day. So much to see and do! You will find a luxurious king sized bed with high quality linens and plush pillows as well as a cozy soft goose down duvet. Sleep like a King and/or Queen after a long day of exploring the many attractions Victoria has to offer. Your private bathroom includes a shower as well as makeup wipes, natural shampoo, conditioner, body wash (and of course a blow dryer, ladies!) You will also have towels and cotton robes to enjoy. The next room in your suite is a warm and comfortable sitting room featuring a large couch, cable TV, FREE WIFI, coffee/tea nook, and a bar fridge stocked with cream and Brita water. There is a sofa bed available for you to use that is included in the booking fee for groups of 3-4 guests. Use of the sofa bed for a 1-2 person booking comes at an additional $25 fee for cleaning. The suite is on the main floor of the house. There is a bike lane in front of the house so parking is available up and down the street as long as it is not directly across the street as the neighbours, having no driveways, have requested we leave it open for them. The rest of the street, even though it says residential is free for guests. This is very much a home away from home!

This bungalow was great for our stay. Walkable to Inner Harbor and the bus lines. Property was right size for two of us. Don’t plan on cooking at the unit as there is no sink in the kitchenette but this gives you more opportunities to try all the eateries in the surrounding area. Dianne was very helpful.

Great location for this spot. Room did the job we needed it for. Not a lot of space so mainly use it as a hub to come back to after a day of adventure. Parking was the biggest issue, nothing available for cars close by on the weekdays.

Cozy apartment within walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf and Parliament Building. Owner lives in premises and very friendly and accommodating. We only stayed for one night since we were heading back to the US the next day. James Bay is a nice and quiet neighborhood to use as a base. Highly recommend.

Who could complain about being welcomed with fresh chocolate brownies? They were delicious, thank you. I also enjoyed the cats--and the two dogs. I'd give a higher rating if the place had been cleaner: windows and window tracks need cleaning (there were a couple dead flies), as well as baseboard in bathroom. The living room ottoman needs reupholstering. However, the bed was comfortable and I slept very well. For one night it was fine.

We loved staying here! The suite is much bigger than the photos online look and small touches (e.g., black out curtains, clean robes, lots of pillows) really made this one of the best places I’ve ever rented. It’s in an amazing location too - cute neighborhood close to the ocean and downtown.

Stayed with my spouse and our young children (2 and 4). Location was great, walking distance to lots of amenities (fisherman’s wharf, restaurants, parks/playgrounds), and plenty of street parking options for our rental car. The place was clean and well kept, with and updated bathroom, comfy bed, and blackout curtains throughout. The host was very accommodating, and the animals on-site were very child friendly. My kids had a great time playing with the dogs and there were 9 small kittens that we were allowed to play with whenever we wanted. The price was very reasonable for the area, and I’d equate the space to being equivalent to renting a hotel suite with regards to sleeping arrangements (kids had a separate room to sleep in from the adults). It was great, and I’d highly recommend it to other small families wanting to stay in the area.

Uneasiness over the kitchen door being left wide open 24/7; baked goods were a nice touch however unsure if they were “special” brownies being in BC or regular desert brownies. Fitted sheet on king bed had a large round yellow discoloured area; bed was very comfortable. unsure where bedding for sofa bed was and found out when we pulled out the sofa bed it was already made. Upholstered couch and ottoman was in need of a good cleaning. Sleeps 4 but sofa bed makes the room very tight but doable as warned by property manager. Bathroom was very clean, as were the towels. Ample towels for all and pillows. Long drapes showed heat damage from electric baseboard heaters. Fire alarm not working.

This cosy suite is always my first choice in Victoria. Completely private, with a super comfy bed, nice towels, bathroom and toiletries; good coffee/snack facilities in the suite plus kitchen access if wanted. Its James Bay location is ideal: easy access to downtown and to transit, good food options nearby plus a safe, peaceful vibe.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Victoria. This cute and quite space was walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do here in Victoria. A quick walk to the harbour or fisherman’s warf. Everything you need a few blocks Away! Very friendly staff and beautiful property.

This is a great, cozy little place for two-four people! The couch pulls out into a good sized bed for two people. The bed in the bedroom is massive. There's a nice little patio next to the catio for kitty watching. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and definitely recommend it for quieter visitors.

Really enjoyed our stay at Dianne’s place, super handy location for all the sights you want to see in Victoria. Our host was super helpful and even lent us the VW Van for a little sight see drive around the city. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this lovely little place. Loved the King sized bed too!

Upon opening the door to our unit we were greeted with freshly made brownies, they were delicious! Dianne is a very considerate host and makes every effort to make her guests feel at home. Tucked away in back of home, private and had all you needed for a short stay. Close to Fisherman’s warf and downtown. If weather were nicer, cute sitting areas in backyard. Our dog Addie even loved it.

The location is wonderful for a short trip to Victoria. As a small unit in an older home it is great for a few days stay. A very comfy bed and thoughtful touches throughout including wonderful brownies to greet you with your first cup of tea. Not appropriate for anyone expecting to do a lot of home catering.

Beautiful property with lovely gardens front and back. Location was perfect to walk everywhere. Never even bothered to rent car. Hostess was so accomatung and friendly. Loved the puppies and kittens. Very clean and homey. Will definAtely stay again when we visit Victoria
